    Patrick was extremely responsive coming out to give an initial assessment and quote within 20 minutes of the call. He was honest and truly understanding of our plumbing situation. The work was complicated and needed to be scheduled a different day. This next appointment was within the week. Patrick and crew arrived on time and troubleshooted plumbing issues until the problem was fixed. The project took longer than expected but Patrick did not rush, completed the job thoroughly, and took time to explain the job throughout the process. The price was right as well. I would absolutely hire Patrick again and recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

    Great experience. We had sump pump installed by another company on Angie’s List and had several problems. B F Plumbing was called to see if could fix flooding of flower beds caused by drainage on our driveway (unsightly also). This was done on an earlier date,found them in phone book. Spent approx $500 to cut off that drainage pipe outside house, sealed, and rerouted as we are on city water & have more options that meet code than orig. sump pump installers were unaware of. Did excellent job. 2nd job- 11/16/2018 sump pump caused swirling of water inside hole @ high rate w/water spewing out around the cover. Plumber from Benjamin Franklin arrived quickly, looked in hole and saw problem immediately-check valve was completely detached & clamp needed to be put back on & tightened-apparently things aren’t properly aligned & also wasn’t tightened enough so came off after about a month- if problem happens again, will need to have pipes cut and completely redone so that things r aligned & fit properly which will be a lot more expensive than fixing valve problem. Hopes are that it will hold. Charged us a VERY reasonable fee & took time to explain problems with original installation. VERY professional. Price given is for both visits.

    Called several times and practically begged for a return call for a drainage repair evaluation. Two weeks later I receive a call back to schedule an evaluation and they are a no show for the appointment.

    It went very well. Patrick and his assistant Nick arrived on time. They were neatly dressed in company shirts. Patrick diagnosed the problem with our toilets immediately -- both needed new flush valves -- and they had the part on the truck Then Nick and he quickly fixed the problem. They were careful, neat, and efficient. It took them about 30 minutes from arrival to departure. All the "paper work" was handled through a tablet and I received a copy of the invoice later that morning. I will use Done Right Today again.

    Horizon Services Warranty Entrapment New to Delaware, but struggling with a HVAC warranty issue with Horizon. Advice Please. I have been waiting 3 months for an Appointment to get my annual HVAC system serviced by the Horizon team. Starting this process in June, I was told that September 12th was now an Option after 10 min on hold. I did not accept this as this was another month out and I was not available. I have made no less than 5 attempts to get a service appt on my HVAC and each time, since the "10 Year Warranty" maintenance team is 1/10 the size of the fleet driving around, I was told I would be put on a waiting list to be called back. Nothing! No one ever called me. I keep calling them. Horrible! My frustration is a legal one: My system warranty was several thousand dollars on top of the new units and installation. However If i dont get a $149/year Annual Service I void this; if someone else services the units-I void this. I want a way out: 1) Horizon to reimburse or pay another HVAC company of my choosing to perform this service, and keep my warranty in tack in writing. 2) How about a business model for warranty holders: Schedule me like a Dentist....11-12 months year from my last appointment (provided not winter so my AC can be checked), they send me an appointment reminder. This is a big hassle, anyone else have this issue? PS> During my call 8/16 at around 10:30am, i told the representative this was it, if no call back, I would hit social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, BBB).     My husband called Mr. Patrick Aitken, owner of Done Right Today, to address our water leak. Not only did Mr. Aitken immediately respond to our call but he also offered to schedule our appointment for the same day! He arrived as scheduled, assessed the issue and repaired it immediately. Mr. Aitken’s expertise, professionalism, kind demeanor and reasonable pricing makes Done Right Today our new go to company for all of our plumbing needs. We highly recommend his services!

    It was unbelievable! Around 8 on a Saturday night, I saw that the valve was leaking. I went into Home Advisor and several names came up, and he was the first to call me, within about 20 seconds. I asked when he could come out and he said he could be there in 20 minutes, He didn't charge anything extra for it being a weekend night. His prices were incredibly reasonable and he was at my house within 20 minutes and out within 20 minutes. He cleaned up well, wore a uniform and booties to protect the floor. He couldn't have done a better job! He's a young guy who has branched off on his own, but has a ton of experience.

    I could not recommend Kingsman Carpentry more highly. Orlando has been a true pleasure to work with. All of the work has been excellent and anything less than excellent he was quick to resolve to my specific request without complaint! The prices are very fair and there are no hidden charges or extras or anything. He is extremely honest and dependable. He was willing to come during evening and weekend hours when I was in a real jam on timelines. He shows up when he says he will, gets everything done as promised, and is appreciative of the work. He is now my go-to guy for everything. He has put up a beautiful fence on my backyard, done major remodel work in my kitchen, some plumbing, some electrical, replaced the bathroom vanity, repainted, and repaired concrete, among other tasks. All done w/ a smile and great quality of work.
