  Very responsive and very reasonable price. We are ultimately going to redo them entirely, and will likely use Bricks by Ben. Our pressing need was to make them safe for the winter, and he took care of that almost immediately. We discussed our options for the full rehab in the spring, and I'm looking forward to having more work done by Ben.

  We finally found the right contractor! We had 3 projects involving the basement, Master bath and front porch. Martin and his team are very skilled. The work is high quality, efficient and done correctly. Estimates are provided in writing in advance of the job. Martin is often onsite - either doing the work himself or supervising and guiding his team. He communicates well and often and he stands behind his work. We had a small issue in the Master Bath with the painting on the ceiling. He came immediately to inspect it, figured out the issue and had his team redo the ceiling paint. It's now perfect. He is also strategic in making suggestions and giving creative ideas on how to approach the job in ways we had not thought of ourselves. I highly recommend Martin's Home Improvements.

  Awesome! One of the best service experiences ever! Very professional in all interactions/communications. When scheduling the appointment - after we needed to switch dates on a couple occasions - we were given a two hour arrival window. Unlike some other service providers, they were punctual, professional and very efficient. Upon arrival, I explained exactly what we wanted done. 45 mins to an hour later, the MPW power washer walked around my home with me to ensure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely no rework was needed and we were 100% satisfied. We weren’t sure they’d be able to clean some long term tree/grime spots, but MPW was able to and left us with a spotless, brand new looking home. We will utilize MPW for all future power washing. OUTSTANDING JOB! OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM and EFFICIENCY. You will be 100% satisfied with MPW. We give our highest recommendation!

  Our front brick steps to our home were in complete disrepair and needed to be redone. After reviewing several bids and talking to the masons we decided to go with Ben. He was the most enthusiastic about the project and his estimate was well presented and fair. His level of professionalism was exemplary. He made sure to remain in constant contact with us through the process even when he was juggling jobs. We loved his passion as well as his creativity and the ideas we discussed through the job. We were very happy with our new steps.

  All went fine. I had read in other reviews that chemicals used on roof could damage some plants and since wasn’t feeling well I didn’t spray down foundation plants after the job was finished. Only one perennial suffered some damage however it should recover 100% by next year as dies back over winter. Based on the large number of plants around our home, it seems whatever chemicals they used on the roof didn’t harm much of anything. Very pleased with the workers and the job they completed.

  Darrel, Josh and their crew are amazing. They price by the job and discuss any possible change orders ahead of time. I so appreciate their honesty, punctuality and work ethic. I originally hired them to paint the house, but because they are general contractors, they ended up putting in all my lighting, fixing some electrical, installing windows and doing some construction and carpentry work.

  Ben arrived on time, ready to work. He worked until 7:00 pm finishing in one day as promised. He matched the mortar and bricks to the rest of the structure, removing all debris. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable regarding his profession. You won’t be disappointed.

  #1 - Minor repair of roof peak air vent that was repaired that day and covered by a minor repair discount coupon. #2 - The leak was at a junction where a lower roof meets the upper siding. Upon inspection it was obvious that the builder did not place a wrap on the side walls that would keep any moisture that passed the siding from going behind the flashing and into the house. We were shown pictures of the unprotected plywood and discoloration stains where the water had entered. This repair was more extensive and required the removal of the siding along that roof slope to install the Tyvek wrap. This work was done requiring 6 hours. It should be noted that the service technician took the time to explain in detail the problems and what was required to correct the problems. We felt very confident that he had the skills required to do a good job.

  Well. The house looks beautiful and the work was well done. I hired as a present for my parents, the company was able to work out the schedule with them directly. My mom changed her mind on the door color, and work as adjusted with a reasonable cost adjustment.
