Everything went great ! We are very happy with the work that was done. All of Delpa workers were very professional. I had no problem leaving my home open for them to come and go as they needed. They cleaned up after each day \.

The overall process was great. NPB handled everything from design to completion for us and helped keep the project running as smooth as possible. communication was superb! we knew a project like this was a tough undertaking, but Andy was always on top of every obstacle we had to overcome with quick and innovative ways to solve the problem. the attention to detail, prompt on time service and complete professionalism of the company was amazing. i would highly recommend working with Andy.

The kitchen remodeling was incredible and included opening up a kitchen wall to create a more open floor plan and new flooring, electrical, cabinets, and appliance installation. The home now exceeds what we thought possible. And, each member of the Delpa team showed a real commitment to great work and exceeding our expectations. Delpa was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the results. We hope our recommendation helps you with your decision.

They called me and I explained exactly what I needed done. They came out quickly and talked a good game, and told me they'd get me a quote in a week. I called them 2 weeks later and they said they'd get back to me by the next day. I called a week after that and they said they'd get me a quote later that day. I confirmed on each call that they had my email address and would be sending me a formal quote. They called me back late that same evening and gave me a price that was 3 times the other quote I got. I confirmed with the guy I spoke to that he'd send me the formal quote via email and he said yes. Nothing ever since. They obviously weren't interested in the job, and rather than just telling me that they delayed my project 3 weeks, and then quoted me an inflated number to get rid of me. Incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend.

We had to go to court, and on June 15th 2015, the New Castle County Court No. 13 in Delaware awarded us a judgement of $3619, plus court costs plus 5.75% post judgment interest per annum under Civil Action No. JP13-14-012230 against Daniel Magill / Magill Construction. To this date, we have not received payment on this judgment. We cannot recommend this contractor at all !!!!!

Mr. Moore was to complete the project in 5 weeks time. By the end of eight weeks, the project was still not complete. Additionally he practiced outside of his scope by installing light fixtures without electrical credentials. He never completed the painting of the entire house nor did he install the trim work. He did not install a new sink or toilet in the bathroom despite us paying him to complete this service. Finally, Mr. Moore changed the locks on the property without the owners knowledge and restricted access to the house. Mr. Moore denied changing the locks and insisted he did not change the locks. We had to discontinue his services and call a locksmith to change the locks to secure the property because Mr. Moore refused to provide the keys to the newly installed locks. During the project, mr. Moore made us aware that he failed to charge us for 20-21 pieces of dry wall and the installTion that was 1800.00 and did not make it to the original invoice. His payment schedule was based on a five week timeline and associated with time and not work completed When Mr. Moore was asked to complete projects and provide a completion date for the work he insisted that he would only provide that with more money paid. Based on his lack of skill, quality of work and Mr. Moore changing the locks on our property without our knowledge we had to discontinue his services with none of the initially detailed work on the initial invoice completed.

The entire experience was so GREAT!  We had 3 separate companies come in and give us estimates for the work to be done.  Matt was prompt in responding to my email, setting up a time to meet with me and discussing the work to be done.  His estimate was in the middle of the three but it was his overall professional presence that won me over.  The initial start date of the project was set but needed to be pushed up a couple days due to weather causing some delays.  Matt was great in communicating the change and was here first thing (7:30am) on the day of start.  His work crew was so professional, considerate and accommodating.  They arrived early each day and worked hard throughout the time they where here. It was such a great experience working with Kirby Stamped Concrete LLC as so many professionals seem to lack integrity and pride in the product they deliver these days.  I would highly recommend Matt Kirby's company to anyone considering stamped concrete for their home or business.

He was very good. The quality of the work was very very high.  He is a very nice guy. They showed up and they did it. It took longer then expected but that always happens with construction. It was very well done and we are pleased. It was very nice. They were always professional and very efficient in what they were doing. We had a fire placed resurfaced with stone and  it is absolutely gorgeous. It is incredibly artistic work. Their wood worker was terrific. Every part of it was excellent. It was fairly expensive; electricity redone, a rather difficult installation of a track light done on a very high ceiling.  It was fairly complicated and done beautifully. It was not cheap but we got good work. You get what you pay for. The pricing was fair.

We were very happy with the work Lodeski Home Improvements did for us.  Steve Lodeski provided a high level of communication regarding the progress of the work.  They completed the job in a timely manner and went above and beyond expectations on the finish work, providing creative solutions when needed.  There was close attention to detail and they professionally managed portions of the job that were  subcontracted out.  They worked with us as we made scope changes during the project.  I highly recommend this father and son team.

He came in and assessed what would need to be done and gave us a
completely fair estimate. We purchased our entire kitchen from IKEA and
he completely put it together and installed it along with laying a brand
new tile floor to perfection (this was part of the estimate, as well).
He was prompt, professional and very neat. He planned out the remodel to
perfection. He would tell me each day what would be done by the next
day, and it was done- every time. We actually felt reassured by only
having him on our house. He had no assistance and was done in less than 2
weeks- just like he promised. He is licensed and we had a signed
estimate.I would hire to fix or repair anything in our home. He is our
go-to contractor for everything in our house.
