FBella Kitchen made promises of a superior kitchen update and install experience and the outcome was less than desirable. Bella Kitchen made added several lines items to the final invoice without properly issuing change orders. Bella Kitchen made numerous errors in their calculations that resulted in several examples of unintended adjustments and rework. Bella Kitchen ordered and installed the wrong tile for the back splash. Bella Kitchen supplied substandard materials in the form of an unproven supplier for the sink. Bella Kitchen offered recommended names of subcontractors that did shoddy and incomplete work. The entire project took eight months to complete. Bella Kitchen charged us for a construction permit, yet proof of one was never supplied. This leaves to question if the project was ever permitted. Bella Kitchen sold us on their customer service, however what we received in turn was abysmal. The ratio of us contact them to the opposite was perhaps near 100 to 1.- David B.

AThey did a great job across the board - very pleased with the results. Very neat. Each day the house was left just as clean as it was when they arrived. No pushy hard sales - worked with us on what we wanted.- Joanne T.

DI called twice over a 10-day period to get status, to no avail. I had to visit the store again in person to get someone to answer my questions. The senior manager complained about being busy. His attitude was not customer friendly. I ended up ordering the molding from a dealer in a nearby state, rather than deal with Bath Kitchen & Tile. The store has lost my business. Several of my neighbors have told me that they will not do business with the store.- Jerry H.

AFrom estimate to installation, the whole process went smoothly. Paul, the contractor, showed up for the estimate when he said he would. I showed him how the floor squeaks like crazy, and he, and gave me a few recommendations. The floor was installed promptly, and it looks great. Best of all, the squeaks are gone! I will definitely be using DreamHome for future projects.- Rosemarie K.

AUp to date, bright showroom to start getting ideas and seeing a range of cabinets, hardware, etc. in place. Don Holcomb, Daryle, and Mitchell are all very cordial, hardworking, and don't try to upsell things. They stock a range of cabinetry from the very budget priced, but attractive, Fabuwood, up to accommodate different tastes and budgets. We didn't really re-design our kitchen space - so I can't speak to their design expertise, although in speaking to several of the people who were references, the reports were all positive. Holcomb also gave us a list of contractors they recommended. We invited two to make bids (after speaking with all their glowing references), and went with one, Glenn Gilbert, of Ivy Construction. He was excellent. We replaced cabinets and countertops though Holcomb and are very satisfied with the results. Daryl was our contact with the countertop folks (we went with granite) and was always responsive by text or call. Don was generous in letting us borrow a sample cabinet door for sometimes long periods of time so we could use it in picking out floor time, countertop, backsplash material. Everything was timely, and when the cabinets arrived, we weren't ready, so Holcomb kept them safe and dry until installation day. On that day, we discovered one corner cabinet was too wide - where the error was made is unclear, but Daryl and Don didn't hesitate to immediately install a temporary one the correct size (so we could move forward with the countertop measuring), and re-order a different size without worrying about how the error was made. Also, we ordered shaker style cabinets in maple with a chocolate glaze. The glaze was very nice and smoothed out grain. Unfortunately, one door had a small splotch of chocolate glaze that bugged me, and, again, Holcomb just ordered us a replacement at no charge. Anyway, we found the whole process much less stressful than kitchen remodels can be. I will say, we often rode herd on things, but that's because 1) we always work that way, and 2) we were ordering floor and backsplash on our own, coordinating with our contractor. We tend to take lots of time deciding sometimes the smallest details, but we never felt any impatience on their part. An honest company. We now have a lovely kitchen- Dee B.

AI specified the length, width and thickness. The panel was EXACTLY the size and type I specified, and a PERFECT match for the oak cabinets in the kitchen. The people at Cabinet Factory are helpful and very easy and to deal with, and their pricing is FAR more reasonable than Home Depot. (We had tried to order a panel from Home Depot. Not only was it more than 2x the price we paid Cabinet Factory, when it arrived, it (a) was nowhere near the right size and (b) also nowhere near the deep color of our kitchen cabinets. . . so we returned it.)

AOur whole experience was wonderful. We walked in without an appointment, and only with some vague ideas of what we wanted. Our designer was great! She had so much patience with us, and great suggestions and advice. I got a really good feeling from all of the staff there, like they really care about their customers and the outcomes of the jobs they work on. In my life, I have made a lot of decisions based upon a feeling I got from the potential vendor (caterers, florists, painters, carpet cleaners) when I met them. I left there with a great feeling about Cabinet Factory, and cannot wait until I can go back to get our job started! We were in the process of relocating from a different state, and trying to sell an old house, so we did not have the $$ right away to go forward with the work.

ACustomized walk in closet. Made the plans and built, stained and installed all cabinets for closet. Company at other times replaced all interior doors with 6 panel doors, most doorways were non standard sizes. Replaced sliding glass door with French Door at a very reasonable price and installed laundry chute. Replaced roof and rebuilt some parts of roof over a porch. Also replaced decking.- Sharon M.

AWork began as scheduled and finished roughly on time. The crew was prompt, flexible, courteous and efficient. They left the area thoroughly swept and picked-up daily.
Account Relationship Manager, Dave Cunningham, kept to his original price to the penny and served as an excellent idea-generator for several other home improvements we are considering. Because they are in high demand, Ferris can be tough to pin down on starting dates. Yet, we recommend them highly and are using them again this summer for our master bath remodel.

AThey were very helpful in choosing the style, quality, cost and color. Handled very professionally. Delivery was timely. Very responsive. A minor issue with one of the doors was readily resolved.
