Work performed was very complete and with professionalism. Dermot not only performed the installations, but he found a defect in one of the outdoor lights, and directed me to properly exchange the parts. He returned on another day to install the replacement parts. He also referred me to manufacturer support for the faucet, to prevent any future issues. We appreciate Dermot's assistance and attention to detail. Thank you very much!!!

AWFUL! The owner, Alonzo Waters, took a $14,000 deposit then it took him weeks to start the work. He was barely started and wanted another $47,000. He did a little more work then received a $20,000 payment. Once he received the second payment, he had a roofer do the work then refused to finish anything else. His work was shotty and incomplete. He owes us $20,000 back for the incomplete work to date. He claims to be a 'Pastor' but is more like Satan... STAY AWAY!!!

The entire experience went really well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and able to be set at a convenient time for me. Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Zach then proceeded to ask if I had any concerns or problems before beginning my plumbing inspection. He checked all of my pipes and drains as well as toilets and water heater. Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. I will certainly use Mr. Rooter plumbing again in the future.

Making an appointment was quick and easy using the Angieslist scheduling tool.  Michael Savage got back to me the next day and the appointment was made around my schedule which worked great.  The service was preformed by the owner and his son.  They were very professional and their experience led them to diagnosed the problem immediately.  They fixed the problem quickly and made me feel that it was a permanent fix with no call backs needed.  I thought their skill level was top notch and would recommend them to others.  Thanks Mike for your quick respond to my leaking pipe.

I called Dave to assess my well so that our water/pressure could be restored. He and his son were there promptly the next morning - (on the Memorial Day holiday!) He not only repaired my damaged well cap and pipe, but also repaired/reset my water conditioner which I had not been able to use for some time. I also had a clog in a pipe leading from my sump pump. It had been cut in an alternate location causing water to drain/collect in an area of my lawn which remained muddy and saturated. His son was able to pin point the location of the clog (in an approx 1/2 acre long pipe) within minutes. He began digging the ground there and sure enough, a tree root was discovered to be the problem causing the clog in that precise location! They cleared the clog and repaired the pipe on both ends enabling the water to drain into a designated drainage ditch as it was meant to. They did all of this in approx an hour and a half! I was delighted with the service I received and would absolutely rehire them in the future! Thank you! //

We had a flood in our finished basement coming from where our sewer pipe exits through the foundation out of the house. (Note: Some carpet was removed and the remaining basement in general was dried using another company initially after the flood). We found Value Dry on Angie's List and called. Brian Costello of Value Dry came to our house the next day to inspect the issue and to provide information along with a written estimate for repairs. Brian was excellent in all manner and professionalism. (We even fed him dinner because he was at our house late on a weekday evening, an hour from home!) He provided a very detailed estimate with line item costs shown. He described all the processes they would use to solve our problem while keeping our family safe during any mold remediation and repairs. After obtaining two other estimates, we decided to proceed with Value Dry based on meeting Brian and also Value Dry's estimate.
Value Dry came about a week later after the utilities had been called and marked. They excavated by hand outside along the foundation and discovered the drilling through the foundation for the sewer pipe had never been properly resealed after the pipe had been installed and the foundation backfilled. Rainwater was coming directly through the foundation into our basement. They completely sealed and waterproofed the outside area and backfilled the hole very carefully. Inside, they removed all of the affected drywall and insulation, installed new insulation and drywall, and removed a portion of the carpet that was no longer viable. While working inside they sealed the area and used air filtration to clean the air and then send it outside. We also had to reinstall a sump pump and add a backup waterflow system.
The work was performed over two days and all of the crew was very respectful and professional. We also had a follow-up with Brian to make sure the work was completed to our utmost satisfaction. All in all, we would highly recommend Value Dry.

I contacted Craftsmans for Hire for an estimate to enlarge my patio and add an arbor. Bob scheduled an appointment to meet with me the next day. From start to finish Bob was very professional and easy to work with. In my estimation, he is a master craftman. Since then, I have used Craftsmans For Hire to install a sump pump in my basement and also ceiling fans. This is the company I will use for all of my home repairs. I have recommended this company to my friends and family members.
