He was meticulous in his work, he displayed a positive and caring attitude, and he provided thorough explanations regarding the new water heater's installation and operation.   On March 7 I woke up to water leaking through my family room ceiling. I turned the water off and called Sobieski, they originally placed all the plumbing in my 3-year old home. I told the technician where I believed the water was coming from. Sure enough it was where I pointed him to, so he didn’t even have to locate the leak on his own. The shower water valve was cracked. I was quoted $1250. I was panicked and wanted it fixed so I told him to continue. He needed to go get some parts. In the meantime, my son came over and said $1250 was way to high. Two hours later the technician returned and my son questioned him on the cost. We were told it was labor and parts. My son said $1250 was way to high. The technician got on the phone and asked my son if we would continue for $900, we said no. The technician then asked what we were willing to pay. REALLY! I feel they were taking advantage of an older woman living in a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Now I call them THIEVES. It has cost me around $100 for my son to repair it.

  Called in to get a price to have my water heater fixed.  They said they would call me back with a quote.  Never heard from them.  Called another local company, they came right out and took care of several things I needed fixed.  Not good for a small town company!

  Fletchers provided prompt professional service to identify an issue that a competitor could not find. Restoring AC function and taking on the responsibility to process manufacturer warranty which will allow for permanent resolution. They were at the property within the hour on a holiday weekend and took steps to minimize peak call out charges. I've used them for years for plumbing and will now do the same for HVAC.

  Was impressed with Jeff's professionalism. Received prompt return phone calls when making inquiries as to getting repairs done.  Was also prompt in his arrival to complete the work. Took the time to look over several different areas in my residence, where I was concerned that repair might be needed. We settled on the tasks to be completed during this visit. He promptly took care of three separate repairs in a timely manner and with attention to detail. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. He was very professional, pleasant and easy to talk to about home repair. Additionally, his assistant was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend him.

  What an amazing company to work with. I called no less than 10 other companies and the prices were so high. I took a chance on Angie's list and found K B'S plumbing. My initial call was answered by a person and she said that a technician would contact me within an hour. Jessie called me back in 15 minutes to discuss the issue and get the details. I came home from vacation to 40+ gallons of water in my basement as a result of a leak in our water tank. I cleaned up the water and placed something under the leak to catch the water until I could find someone to fix it. Jessie gave me a great price and I asked him so many questions just to ensure that he understood that I needed to replace an 80 gallon tank. His quote was so far below the other companies I was convinced it was a mistake. Our area was experiencing record breaking freezing temperatures. He explained that they had a lot of calls for broken pipes and asked if I could wait a few days. On the day before the scheduled repair he called and asked if I could wait an additional day. Even though I was tired of dumping out the water from the leak I understood the difference in the call priority. He didn't make me feel that my business was any less importantant to him.
  On the day of the repair I received a call letting me know that they were on their way. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the repair. The repair was done with quality and very timely. I also came home to another issue and asked them to take a look at it. Jessie called another company and explained the issue and I set up a call with them to fix the leak inside the wall. I ended up speaking to the other company three times and they never called or showed up to fix..... or even look at the issue as discussed. Too bad they are not as good as K B'S.

  He arrived a few minutes late but was very friendly. He went immediately to assess the problem by dissecting the faucet head and tubing. He was thorough. He determined there was plenty of pressure pushing through until it reached the tubing and ultimately the head. He gave me suggestions of purchase and said he would discount a return visit to replace. I haven't called back yet.

  This turned out very well. I was very pleased with the overall service. I think they biggest thing I liked was the price was right on with their estimate. We had a repair on the well head and they came out the next day and repaired it. The only thing that they could improve on is their responsiveness. They are very nice people to deal with and their quality of work is great.

  Did a great job but struggled with the proper sizing on the washers for the bolts. Made a mistake the first go-round and then went out to the truck to find some that would work properly. He did not charge for the extra 15 min. to redo the washers because he felt that it was his mistake. He was more than willing to get on a ladder to look at the leaking in the basement. Wasn't quite certain where the water was coming from but realized that installing the new toilet may have rectified one area of leakage since that was right underneath the old toilet in the master upstairs. Was confused with another wet spot that we had and couldn't determine where that was coming from but we are not convinced that it was a plumbing problem. Had a wonderful and quot;goferand quot; with him who helped hand him the necessary tools when needed and did much of the grunt work (taking the toilet outside and then setting up the new one). Great personalities. This is the second time that we've had the same plumber and he did a super job.
