    Was called and told services couldn’t be done: the rear tires needed replaced. I asked about the warranty on the tires since all were replaced at the same time. Was told the warranty wasn’t applicable because the rear struts were shot which caused the tires to wear out. Since they had replaced the struts 55,000 miles ago I inquired about the warranty on them. Was told it was N/A. My retort was: “the original struts lasted 215,000 miles so these should have lasted at t least 1/2 of that?” Their response: “sorry, that isn’t reasonable.” Since we were thinking of buying a new car in a few months anyhow, we traded in the Honda and WILL NOT USE LUBE DEPOT AGAIN! Sad to report this; up until then we had pretty good, but slow, service from them.

    The price was average. The quality is good. The service. When I made an appointment it was just useless because they didn't do anything, I sat around and waited for someone to call me. I'm disabled, so standing and siting is not something I'm able to do. I was sitting for several hours and they told me that it was not going to be done that day, so they had to send me home without a vehicle.. The vehicle itself is a well made car. I think they are all alike, the car dealers try and sell a car, the typical stereotype of car dealers is that they are all alike in that aspect. I went with the car because I had previous Elantra's and I never had any trouble with them, it worked for me in the past.

    I dropped the car off as my husband and I had errands that we wanted to do. The dealership called when the service was complete. It was finished in a timely manner. The gentleman that helped me checkout was friendly and knowledgeable. We even joked about me trading in my Jetta for my 4th one in a row. I like the newly renovated service area. Overall good experience.

    I placed a phone call to the business yesterday (8-26-14) and was able to get in the next day to have an alignment done as well as 2 new tires put. They moved my front tires to the rear. While doing the alignment they came across an issue with my rear lower control arms. The gentleman took the time to explain to me what exactly they did and how not replacing them would effect my tires.
    They were able to get the parts that were needed and make the repairs that were necessary.
    I was impressed by their professionalism from my first contact with them. The gentleman I spoke with initially told me he would have to check and see if you could get the tires so that could do the job today and that he would could me back. To my amazement he called me back within 10 minutes and give me a complete estimate and informed me that they would be able to do the job the next day.

    They are a little bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.  I have been going there for six years now so I feel comfortable going there.  The service is very good and the people who work there are very polite.  They explain things to me and they work with me.

    I took car in for general check-up (car hadn't been in in over a year) and for front wheel noise and check of A/C system

    The front wheel bearings was NOT the noise I had heard, but it was the more important noise, since if my bearings had gone while I was driving, it would have locked up and perhaps caused an accident. After they rode w/ me, the noise I heard was the struts, which, although important, aren't critical. The price for all 4 struts, strut bearings, etc. seems a little high, so I am checking around.

    However, I have been using them for all non-warranty work since 1992, and their work has always been excellent.

    Willis Ford was where my insurance company sent me for repairs, and the gentleman was very nice and helpful in getting the rental for me. Two months after the repairs were done I found out they did not do an aligment which I felt should have been done considering the type of damage done to my car. State Farm insurance did reimburse me for the cost. So I don't think I would go to them for repairs again.
