ARPM Construction / Property Management, LLCAfter a couple of contractor missteps on my part, I finally called the right contractor to do the job and that was Roberts Property Management. Over time my home had developed a number of leaks which were starting to ruin the internal structure and the interior. When Dennis Roberts came over to discuss my job, I could tell within a few minutes that this guy knew what he was doing and how to get this job done. Within one day (1 day!) of starting my job, Dennis and his crew had discovered the problem leak areas. A big part of the problem was old sliding glass doors and poor weatherproofing by previous contractors. I had sliding glass doors with half round windows above in 2 locations and a standard slider in another location. We replaced the 2 sliders but installed transoms instead of half round windows above them. The third slider was replaced by three panel window. Once we established what we needed Dennis and his crew, ordered all the materials, installed all doors and window redid all the house wrap, siding, soffit, framing, trim, drywall, paint and cleanup. Right as we were just about finished with everything, I discovered new leak areas on the ceiling and chimney. In spite of a very busy schedule, Dennis and the guys stayed on to do the additional work which required a new chimney cap, and new skylight. One of his guys even came by to check for water tightness during a rain storm. Finally! No more leaks! After five or more years of worrying about water damage I now have peace of mind. I can't thank RPM enough for all the work they did. These guys know their stuff! They were professional, punctual, friendly, and efficient. One of the best parts of the job was that Dennis was always easy to get a hold of and very easy to talk to. If I had any questions or concerns, Dennis explained everything very clearly plus I always knew what the schedule was and where we were on my job. Next time I need work done on my place, I won't think twice about RPM. I love being able to call just one contractor who I now know and trust to take care of whatever I need to get done.- Eric M.

Every couple of days he would show up to check on progresses and to see if we had any questions or concerns. The quality of materials used was very high. Perhaps most importantly, the workmen performing the work were extremely competent and conscientious and worked very hard to finish the job in the time promised. They were friendly, polite and ready to listen and answer our questions. In short, we couldn’t’ be happier with the result. Our new room is just beautiful. ABoni LandscapingIt went very well. Boni was recommended to us and he was so professional and helpful when we met that we did not ask for quotes from other companies. He did not disappoint. The only delays were due to delays with raw material suppliers. Once the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard and cleaned up after each day’s work was completed. AJobe's LandscapeOwner Joy came over promptly to evaluate project and give a quote, which was also given promptly. Whenever I had a question and I emailed Joy, I got a quick response. We were told there would be a wait to get it done, due to this being a very busy season. However, when they came to do the project, they worked everyday including Saturday, morning to late afternoon, for 2 weeks, to get it done. They did a beautiful job. Couldn't be more pleased with the result. Plan to have them do some landscaping around the patio in the spring.- Elsa G.

AGotham Builders of New YorkI had the pleasure of working with Jeff W. as the GC for Gotham Builders on my construction project. After getting estimates from 4 different companies, I selected Gotham because of Jeff’s demonstration of knowledge and his professional demeanor which continued throughout the project. I had a sunroom extension and 2nd story deck above this constructed across the rear of my home. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULT! Even though the pandemic hit during the construction, Jeff and his crews worked safely (reduced & masked man power once allowed) and got the job done in good time. Whenever there was a hiccup in the process (As we all know there will be!) Jeff was always available and communicated with me, the architect and the permit board swiftly to resolve the issues. This gave me confidence in this company’s ability to get things done. I hope to use them for a new roof in the future and have recommended them to friends and neighbors in my area.- sharon m.

AFor those looking for a reputable, local contractor who is reliable, reasonably priced and meticulous about his work, contact Diamond State Contractors , Terry Lane 302-670-9935). He remodeled the whole outside of my house with new siding, windows and dormers. He also does kitchen/baths and decks. I did not have to worry about him doing shoddy work and covering it up. If he made a mistake, he pointed it out to me and immediately fixed it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I’ve researched a lot of contractors and was extremely happy with them and get so many compliments from my neighbors! He is a busy guy so if you can get him as your contractor it’s worth the wait if he is busy.

AWorking with Morse from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. My initial interaction with Alex was terrific. He came out to the house and assessed the job per the day and time we agreed to in late fall 2019. I signed the contract with the understanding that I would be placed on the schedule for March 2020, contingent on weather conditions. Joni in the office kept me updated when the weather started to break. I really appreciated Tom coming out two days before the installation to assess the project. This was a follow-up to a very detailed message that Morse had sent in mid-March explaining how I could prepare for the installation and what to expect. A very large hardworking crew began arriving at 7AM and covering heating and air units, putting down drop cloths and conducting other preparation. The crew began stripping the old roof down to the sub-roof. I have never seen so many people working together as a team, so effectively. I believe at one point there were 15 - 18 folks working on the project. Our House is over 100 years old and located in the Lewes Historic District. The entire crew and foreman, Doug, was very sensitive and polite to our neighbors, since all of our houses are very close together. By the end of the day the job was completed from start to finish including the installation of a new skylight. The crew cleaned up beautifully and all of my neighbors have commented on what a fantastic job Morse had done. I would highly recommend Morse for your next roofing project. I should also note, that I had done some extensive internet research on Certain Teed Roofing vs. other asphalt products and am very happy with the quality of Certain Teed. Thank you Tom and Tomie!
