    The install date was set and kept!!!!!
    The install crew could not have been more knowledgeable of the product, and how to install it. They were awesome.
    I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with East Coast Shutters & Awnings! When were told about product quality, smooth process throughout, final installation I believed it and you can believe it too!

  • I went to IMS knowing that I wanted a quality system for my soon-to-be retirement home that would not bust my budget, but frankly I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of options, information and opinions. Owner Tom Wells took the time to meet with me personally to determine my wants and budget, which were refined over the course of several weeks. It turned out that I didn't need some stuff that I thought I would, and there were other things Tom suggested that I was unaware of that made a whole lot of sense. Complicating the matter was the fact that the project house is located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It didn't matter. Tom came to the project site personally to check it out. After the gear was ordered and started coming in, his technicians made trips as necessary to fish wires and install a multi-room audio system and integrated everything with a couple of televisions, one of them a weatherproof outdoor model on a rolling stand to go along with the 8 satellite + sub-woofer exterior speaker package. I also got an upgraded wifi system and intelligent thermostats. All of this is unified with a user-friendly control system that even my technology-adverse wife can operate, remotely if necessary. I can't say enough how happy we are. The installation crews from IMSVA were polite and professional. Everything looks and sounds great. I have been waiting my whole life for a system like this, and Tom and his company did not let me down. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

  • Can't speak highly enough of the fantastic job that Donna did reupholstering my 20+ year old sleeper sofa, transforming it from shabby to chic! It was a good piece of furniture, but dated, and Donna made a few great suggestions on how to modernize and the end result is really great. Highly recommended!

  • DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE - I had a problem with the administrator password for a relatively new computer.  I called Geeks on Site and they noted they could only reformat the drive and reinstall the operating system.  I said fine and they took the computer and said they would be back on Sunday morning between 9 am and 11 am to return the computer.  At 11 am on Sunday I called and left a message.  At 11:30 am I called and they hung up.  I called back and the person on the phone told me I couldn’t have had an appointment because I wasn’t on the board.  After a bit they called back to tell me that yes, my tech had said he would return the machine but he shouldn’t have  done that because the computer wasn’t ready.   That night I received a call telling me my hard drive was bad and it would cost an additional $375 to put in a new hard drive.  Since the hard drive wasn’t the issue when they took the computer I refused.  On Monday evening the Geeks on Site tech returned the computer.  I booted it and it was fine, including the bad hard drive.  My son has a math helper in high school who was there when the computer was dropped off.  Will, the high school student, looked at my computer and asked if he could take a look.  So I let him. In fifteen minutes he had recovered the admin account and the computer is back to normal.  Geeks on Site wanted to charge me $500 to replace a perfectly good machine.  As it is, I have to pay $124 for the privilege of experiencing their incompetence.

  • Everything went perfect.  In fact there were things that I didn't think needed to be done but Glenn pointed out how some changes would make my computers more efficient.  He explains things very well and gives you options without forcing anything on you.

  • Patsy Cicala has done several jobs for us so far.  First replaced the mailbox and post.  Then readjusted all the doors in our home  and installed new knobs and locks.  Performed repair on the top of a bulkhead.  Repaired exterior door frame and caulked all doors and windows.  Power washed and put sealant on our deck.  He sets appointments and keeps them.  Calls to keep you up to date on progress.  Performs the work to an excellent standard and his prices are very fair.  He knows all aspects of home repair and construction.  We can't say enough good things about him and highly recommend his services.

  • They are terrible but I don't have any other choice. They have a lousy service organization because they don't have any competition. It's hard to get ahold of somebody on the phone who can help you. They are way behind if you need cable work. In my neighborhood, there are a lot of people that have the same kind of trouble. They have inadequate service is what it is. We can't do anything about it.
    They keep the appointments fine, it's making them that's the hard part.

  • This is the second time I have called Mark to install and/or solve TV & Dish/Cable connections to work with all of my components.  Like the first time, Mark & helper arrived, got right to work, explained what they needed to do & left with everything working as it was designed.  He knows what he is doing!
