    Doggies at the Beach
They seem to take good care of the animals and they run loose instead of being in a kennel. Different rooms according to size of dog. I just though it should have been cleaner and more welcoming looking. They do have dog cams to watch your dog but the camera was not working for our size dog

    Dirty Dog Grooming Salon
We just moved to Rehobeth Beach two weeks ago and the hardest part of moving was losing our vet, our groomer, and our border. Well did we find a groomer! I called several groomers and in most cases it would've been several weeks to get an appointment however after calling Dirty Dog we had an appointment in two days. When I walked in our two toy poodles; Teddy and Bear, we're greeted as if they were old friends. After a few minutes talking about what services I wanted I left him feeling very satisfied that they were going to have a good experience. When I picked them up they were brought to me with wagging tails and smiling faces having had a great experience at Dirty Dog. The groomers did everything we asked and the dogs came out looking as if they left the groomer we just left after five years. We will certainly be back in a few weeks and it looks like one of the concerns on our list is no longer a concern, as our boys have a new groomer and we're all very excited!

    Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital
This is the second visit to RB Animal Hospital with my puppy. The tech was on time to come and pick us up. She checked out my puppy, filled out the computer information, took the puppy back for his complimentary nail trim. He was gone less than 10 min., then we waited a few minutes more for Dr. Sarah to come in and check him over and give him his shot. My puppy loves Dr. Sarah as my other dog did. She is kind, gentle and loves her job! We scheduled our next visit and we were out the door...all in less than 30 minutes! I love this Veterinary Hospital...everyone is kind, responsive to your dog, and treat all of us two legged and four legged folks the same! Great place!!

    Georgetown Animal Hospital
This is an update to my first review of Georgetown Animal Hospital specifically Dr. John Goss. As I stated in my 1st review, in February of 2014 we brought home two 12 week old Havanese Puppies and needed to find a vet. The breeders used them so we thought it would make sense to follow their lead. We have been there a total of 3 times so far-1st time to address a large lump on the side of the smaller dog which turned out to be a shot given into the neck area that went under the skin vs into the muscle tissue, the 2nd for a complete wellness exam and the 3rd to finish puppy shots and check stool samples on April 1st 2014. It turns out that the smaller puppy had EAR MITES the entire time! We noticed it especially this past weekend and promptly called the vet for a remedy. He called us back within an hour and his attitude at the beginning of the conversation was him stating that he doesn't appreciate being interrupted during his day with phone calls when he has other patients to see and that this was the 2nd time in a month that we called with a question?! We told him we suspected ear mites and he said that we may be mis-diagnosing the problem and an ear infection causes yellowish discharge. After doing extensive research ourselves and knowing the difference in color between YELLOW and DARK BROWN TO REDDISH wax color we know it is ear mites. Every time we did bring the dogs in we told him that they were scratching incessantly and he shrugged it off as 'allergies/dry skin'. All this time they have been suffering and even during the wellness exam he did not check their ears!! I also blame myself for not being a better puppy parent but I thought the vet was supposed to do that?! To top it off he told us to get a medication which he gave us the name.... HOWEVER it is only available via prescription and is not an over the counter product. He did not offer to call it in or tell us to come pick it up. I'm kind of saddened to have to write this because I did initially like him but he tends to ramble on during office visits and doesn't concentrate on the animals enough  at least for me. We won't be going back there again and will look for another vet in the area. I think part of the problem is that he did NOT diagnose the ear mite problem and couldn't eat a little 'crow' and admit his oversight. This past weekend was when we realized it was ear mites since the dogs ears smelled foul and there were gross black clumps of ear wax and mite debris. I don't think a new puppy parent should be made to feel wrong in calling the vet to address a concern after all isn't that their job?

    Savannah Animal Hospital
The only complaint is their pricing which always seems to be on the higher side. I took my beloved canine friend 'Remy' a standard yorkie there from 2004 until his passing in 2012. It wasn't cheap=close to $1200. They do have on site lab testing and now offer 24hour emergency care. I will be getting 2 puppies in a few days and even though Savannah is good I am searching for another vet that is a bit more reasonable especially since my vet bills are x 2 now.

    Savannah Animal Hospital
I moved recently to the area and have been looking for a new vet for my dog and after thorough search I decided on Savannah. I'm very pleased with the staff and results provided to my best friend. I will continue to use them for all my dog care issues.

    Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital
I switched to Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital in Rehoboth about two years ago and I couldn't be happier. My miniature schnauzer is diabetic. I adopted her at 6 years old and the first two years with her were very challenging because she had incontinence problems and her diabetes never seemed to be under control. She was sluggish and seemed like she felt terrible. No matter how many times I took her to a different animal hospital in the area, they never came up with a plan to get the diabetes/incontinence under control. Rehoboth Animal Hospital is closer to my house and was recommended to me by a friend. I took my dog there for and asked for a full medical assessment. Dr. Curtis got right to work, ran blood tests and evaluated my dog. She came up with a plan that seemed rather aggressive - a much higher dose of insulin, heart medication and Proin to address the incontinence. I was nervous to put my dog on so many medicines but the doctor assured me that this would work. WIthin days, everything changed for the better. My dog stopped wetting herself (she had to wear doggie diapers most of the time) and she was not only running around but actually wanted to play! Our regular visits to Rehoboth Animal Hospital are very informative and proactive. Several other issues have been immediately attended to and my dog is as healthy and happy as can be. Rehoboth Animal Hospital's front desk staff is made up of and quot;animal peopleand quot; who obviously love what they do, are very good at it and truly care about the animals. The service is friendly and personal, not cold and clinical. There pricing is also very reasonable. Last year they built and moved into a state of the art facility which makes the experience all the more pleasant.

    TPMC
Found this wonderful person after looking extensively . He was actually listed on Angie's List. Most people I contacted never returned my phone call. He was quite prompt in doing so. We made an appointment, he showed up on time, met our dog and off they went. They have been doing so ever since. She looks forward to his coming, actually gets upset when she sees him walking past the house with other dogs, as he walks many in the neighborhood. My only concern is that he will become too busy.

    Town & Country Animal Hospital
eaves little doubtis very professionAs usual everything went outstandingly. I was able to get an appointment quickly with the vet we desired. Check-in was quick and friendly for our dog and for us. The waiting time was very short. Escort into a treatment room and weight check were friendly and non-stressful for our dog. The vet assistants are all very good with nervous pets. Dr. Sheih was very professional, very caring with our dog, very thorough and excellent in explaining ailments and treatments. She also is outstanding about following up after our dog goes home. She always calls to see how treatments are working and if there are any issues. Dr. Sheih is an outstanding vet. Unfortunately she moved back to her home State of Texas as of 7/31/12. But our experience with Tand C leaves little doubt that her replacement, Dr. Courtney Katsur will be just as outstanding.

Wags To Riches Too, LLC and Mobile Grooming
Very smooth, easiest time I have had having my dog groomed.
I just love the personal attention and I don't have to hang out in a waiting room, leave and return, etc... It really seems like such a luxury for the exact same amount I was charged at the store front groomers.

Note: They do not need water, they have their own. They do need a place to plug in to power. We have an outdoor outlet, so it's no problem.
