FWe had an initial conservation on a Saturday afternoon about scheduling the meeting, I reached her at a bad time and she had nothing to write with, she asked that I contact her on Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday and left detailed message, she left a voice mail late in the evening acknowledging my message but was returning from dinner and was again unable to write things down. I called again Tuesday, Thursday and Friday all with no response.

DI was expecting the owner's wife there at 9 am on 12/28. I waited patiently until 9:30 to call about where they were. I was told that I was on the schedule on Wednesday not Monday, even though I confirmed the date and time verbally and by text. She said she would still come (how gracious of her since I confirmed everything). I explained what I wanted done ie: deep cleaning of entire house including carpets. She quoted me $175. I ran a few errands and arrived back at the house between 12:30 and 1 pm and saw her cleaning up to leave. I agree that I was in a hurray since I had to be back at my new house to take a work call at 2 pm. She hadn't even arrived until 10:30- 11 am. So barely 2 hours work, and I never saw a carpet cleaner. When I inquired, I was told she vacuumed the carpets extensively. It was my mistake to look over everything she had done at that time. if I had, I would have only given her half the money for half the work. I had to go back the next day to clean the carpet and take a better look at what she had done. I found that she didn't even attempt to clean the drywall dust and dirt out of the shower. She mentioned that I needed new burner covers, and when I went to replace the covers, I lifted out the burner cover to replace it and found that she didn't clean the stove top where the burners sit and never cleaned under the burner covers. She did a good job cleaning out the appliances and cabinets. After texting her to explain what I was unhappy about she told me to go ahead and cancel the check, but she was already cashing it and I was unable. I gav e her my paypal email address but have never seen a refund. I chose her company after looking over reviews, but I am not sure where the cleaners for this company that I was reading about went.
