  I own rental property at the beach. I wanted to freshen up the house, inside and out, for the new tenants who would be moving in the first of November. I requested estimates from five local painters. One painter never showed up. The remaining estimates ranged thousands of dollars apart. Karen and Fred Neumann arrived at the appointed time and quickly surveyed the work that needed to be completed. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a good feeling about them from the start. I received their estimate via email the next evening and their prices were so reasonable, I couldn't wait to employ them. Also, I found them on Angies List with "A" ratings from several other subscribers. The timing was perfect for them and also for my needs. I knew what color I wanted to use throughout the interior. Karen and I discussed and selected colors for the deck stain and shutters. She has a great eye for color and making a deck or window "pop." As the work progressed, we discussed other items that I needed to have completed and they immediately provided an estimate which in every case was very affordable. The final result is stunning!  The home looks brand new. The interior is beautiful, the shutters look very beachy, the deck is a great color and is now very resistant to rain and the elements. The Neumanns transformed the house back to its original beauty. I'm so happy with their work. I think my new tenants will be very happy when they see this lovely home.

  They are very reliable.  They show up when they say they are going to show up.  They gave what I consider to be a reasonable estimate.  They are perfectionists.  He didn't want to see shoddy work that he had done, as they live close by.  I like that they are so particular about what they are doing.  They genuinely want to do a good job.

  I found Adel at Colorwise and More through a referral from my realtor. We had just purchased a new 3 Br condo at the beach and wanted to have it painted. The job was complicated by the fact that the first person we hired had a done a terrible job and used the wrong colors and type of paint. Adel was very prompt in providing an estimate that was very reasonable and also included painting the interior of all closets, switch plates and outlet covers. The quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, and the professionalism were unbelievable. Their communication was great , the job was finsished on time and their promise of a perfect result was absolutely true. They removed all of the existing blinds to paint the inside of the windowsills, removed all mirrors and bathroom fixtures and completely covered and wrapped all furniture, cabinets, etc. We were painting a satin finish over a semi-gloss that the prior painter had used, so the walls had to be sanded first, and I was very concerned about the dust. But they even brought in a cleaning service afterward, and the final result was absolutely beautiful with not a hint of dust anywhere.
