They were advertising so we happen to get a hold of them.  I was very pleased with their service.  It’s very difficult to find a dentist here.  I like them and I am comfortable with them.

My tooth cracked over a weekend. Dr Howatt saw first thing Monday morning and prepped the tooth for a temporary crown. On 5/5 the permanent crown was put on. Perfectly matches my other teeth. Couldn't be happier with the result and with Dr. Howatt.

    Boyle, Dr Heather
They work well together. There is a label on the organization that the dentist who belonged there have a way of dealing with their patients. Not only are they professional and the fact that in terms of the dental practice itself, but they deal with the patients in an atmosphere that they create where your comfort and success of your treatment and care are what they are all about. Physically, it is a typical dental office. It has all the most modern equipment and they stay on top of everything in that respect. Both of them and their staff are open, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Practice wise, Dr. Cooper has more experience. If you are comfortable with a woman, go to Dr. Boyle. If you are more comfortable with a man, go to Dr. Cooper. If it doesn't matter and you are well off with either one, go to whoever has got the first opening if that is what you need. They are more expensive than most other dentists. They are always right there and they are helpful with their billing and administration. They help you figure out a way to take care of things.

    Wright, Dr. Bruce

I have been seeing him for forty three years. I like seeing them because I am just familiar with them, and I have worked with them all my life. I m giving them an A+ for the bedside manner. Overall experience, I will give them an A.

    Boyle, Dr Heather
Our 1st visit with Dr. Boyle was a consultation with X-rays and an examination. Our 2nd appointment will be with the Hygientist to have our teeth cleaned. So far, my husband and I liked everything about Dr. Boyle. It was an extensive and thorough examination. A member of her staff gave us a tour of the entire office , something no other Dental practice has ever done. |

This is the only place I've ever heard of or dealt with that when you make an appointment instead of calling and leaving a reminder message of your upcoming appointment, they will can you if they don't speak to you directly! I had changed my cell phone number just days before this appointment and had forgotten to let them know. It had been 6 months since my last appointment, so it's not like I see them all the time. I go in and let the front desk know of my appointment, she couldn't find it in the schedule so she looks me up and tells me about their appointment reminder policy. She told me I'd have to sit around and wait to see if they could fit me back in. Instead of just updating my new number into their computer she made me refill out ALL of the paperwork again! I asked if I could just write in the new number in the form, she said no. So I had to spend another 10-15 mins doing it all over again just to give them my new number. And the fun didn't stop there! I had a minimum of a 20 minute wait. When the lady finally came out to call my daughters name she tried to make me sit out there and wait. I'm all for my daughter feeling like a big girl and learning independence, but I refuse to put my children in any type of medical situation alone! I had to repeat 3 or 4 times FIRMLY that I WAS coming back there with her. It was only her second time there and she had cried the first time and didn't get everything done. So I think she got a little ticked with me for that but she will just have to get over it! I wish I could remember her name! I don't like the fact that they X-ray ever visit it seems. I don't think she needs her devolving brain to soak up X-rays every visit. Ill have to say something next time. The dental assistant did all the work, the dentist came in for 3 minutes or so and said everything was fine. He is polite and happy but seems to be stretched thin with either too many patients or not enough help.

    Conley, Dr. Thomas
Dr. Conley was very professional as well as friendly and informative. It was a simple procedure that was handled efficiently and quickly as I would have expected. The results have been fine with zero problems.

I waited at at least 15-20 mintues in waiting room. When we were called back the nurse that did the xrays and general chekup was AWESOME!!!! She understood my daughter was nervous and scared and she put on a cartoon and talked to her about everything that she was doing and helped her calm down at least a little bit. Even though she could get my little girl to let her brush her teeth with the loud brush she didnt skip a beat. I wish she was the dentist!
He on the other hand took forever to arrive after the intial cleaning. He just looked at her xrays, said she looked good and keep doing what your doing. I talked to him for maybe 3 mintues and he was gone. I understand that offices get busy but that was rediclous. He was poilte and nice just wish he didnt take so long and spent more time with us.

    Cooper, Dr. Jeffrey M.
It was a quick visit because of an emergency broken tooth and he was able to work me in. I have every confidence in him and plan to make him my regular dentist. He is very competent in his field and the office is organized. They are cheery and friendly, a very positive experience.

    Leciejewski, Dr. Curtis J.
I've been going to him for the past 4-5 year's, he is very gentle, his bedside manner is great, and he is excellent. He is very professional, has a sense of humor, and has a friendly staff. The staff is personable and helpful. I was looking for someone I could deal with and he does excellent work. I've cancelled appointments, called for appointments, and they are very good.
