    When they came out last summer to do the work, there was several trucks and at least a half dozen guys. When they dug up the concrete, some of them were just dump trucks. They would just fill up the trucks with the concrete and they took off and dump the truck and they came back with the asphalt. It was just a constant motion. It was just very, very well organized. They came back this July to do the sealant. I had to wait a year to have them seal the asphalt, and they came back in the end of July early . They sealed it, and there was about 3 guys doing it then - 3 guys and 2 trucks. One of the guys is the owner. The owner was always here.

    Called and made an appointment on 4/10/17 for 4/14/17 for 5:30 pm. I spoke with the boss and he said to text him my address and info, which I did. I also went to his website and provided my info again as a reminder, but he never showed up. He never called to confirm.

    We first hired The Cleaning Girl to do a deep clean of our house. It was a massive job as I'd had a particularly rough pregnancy and hadn't been keeping up with housekeeping. We were impressed by the level of work that went into the job and how efficient the team was. In just 3 hours our house went from a disaster zone to looking like something in a magazine.
    We inquired about biweekly maintenance cleanings. The first quote that came back was high - $125. Our house is less than 1,500 square feet and is a rancher (no stairs). Our bathroom is tiny and the kitchen isn't so big either. Plus we don't have them clean our second bedroom, which we're in the process of reorganizing, or our bonus room (ditto). So that price definitely seemed steep. They countered with $100/cleaning, which I still feel is a little high, especially after learning what some of my friends pay other providers to clean larger spaces.
    That said, I like patronizing a local, woman-owned business and I feel very comfortable with the women we've worked with there. They are nice to my dog and kind enough to ask about our new baby. We will continue to use their services.

    I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday, April 19th at 12pm with Precision Door and even received an email confirming my 12pm-2pm appointment with the technician, John Wise. At 12:15pm, there was no John and no phone call either. I decided to call Precision Door to find out what was going on. I spoke with Tina and she said that my appointment was actually a "window" and that John will be at my home anywhere BETWEEN 12pm-2pm. I told her that is not how I understood it when I made the appointment and that when I have called other companies, the time they give me is the actual time they will be arriving. I told her my time is valuable and I have a lot of other things I need to get done today but had made sure I would be home at 12pm for John Wise. She said he should be arriving at my home very shortly and I said, "Unless he can get here in the next 15 minutes, I want to cancel the appointment since I cannot continue to wait due to other things I had to get done and that I would just contact the Overhead Door Company instead." Which Tina replied in a VERY snotty tone, "OK, thank you and have a nice day." Then at 1:25pm, John Wise called me and said he just got finished with a client and could be at my home in 20 minutes (that would make it 1:30pm...my appointment was a 12pm). I told him what I already told Tina. John said that all clients are given a window and he spends as much time as needed with each client. He said the client he just finished with was supposed to be from 10am-12pm (so this client he makes sure he was on time for but not me....hmmmmm) but it went over that time and asked if I still wanted him to come by. I told  him no because I'm now going to be contacting the Overhead Door Company instead. I told him I now understand that they have a "window" time frame but at the same time it is not fair to me to keep me waiting. I said that clients should be made aware of the time frame so they do not go over and have it affect the next client. However, before I could finish, John hung up on me!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!? Just based on the lack of respect and rudeness I experienced by John Wise and Tina, I don't care if Precision Door is the last company on earth, I will NEVER EVER do business with them and I will make DARN SURE that I will let EVERYONE know the customer service experience I have had. Hope that client was worth it, John because you now made your company lose a sale.

    Well, it's been just about 3 weeks and still no call ever received from the owner, Dean Wilkinson, as he promised. Guess he really wasn't as concerned as he would like other possible future customers to believe. Now I understand why the Precision Door employees I dealt with gave such horrible customer service.....clearly they are allowed to! Again, I will make sure I put the word out to anyone and everyone not to do business with Precision Doors.

    Very clean job. He got nothing on the grass at all. He is currently painting my house and doing a great job. He shows up on time, his prices a very reasonable, and does all the work himself.  He is very conscientious about his work.

    First visit I had a toilet and a pedestal sink installed. This took a while and he had to go, he had an emergency call. He needed to come back to caulk the base of the toilet. This was $450.00.   The second visit was 250.00. I had ceiling fan put in my son's room and a new shower dial put on. This was actually put on backwards..  the hot is now on the right and the cold is on the left. He suggested a call to schedule another visit to work on the rest of my list.. and he would finish up the toilet ring and he could batch the hole in the ceiling...  The rest of my list wasn't done. The guy was very nice but I don't think I would use him again.
