    Basement Systems USA
Perfectly! I couldn't be happier. They were some of the hardest working people I have ever met! I am super thrilled with the end result, and would recommend this company for ANY basement work you need. It took exactly as long as they said it would, and they kept me informed every step of the process. It was a real nasty job and they got it done.

Donny who did the job, was an excellent hard worker! I also enjoyed his explanation of what he was doing! He did a great job! Mike and Karen (owners) were a fantastic help. They offered me good pricing and a great finished project! Thank you

    Mold Inspection Plus
Everything went smoothly.   James responded to my call promptly.   He met with us at the mobile home to talk about what they would do to test for the mold and remediate if necessary.   All of our questions were answered.   They were very professional, friendly, and provided excellent communication through every step.

Be sure to call your insurance company first and let them find a provider for you. It was Jims decision to work after 5pm, I would have preferred that he was here at 7:00 an and then charge "after hours fees". Always said one thing and did another. He did work hard, when he worked. He started with $2,000, then it went to $4,000. Then he called my insurance company and found out that I had $10,000 for water damage and another $4,000 for mold damage. He got everything while my repairs were three times the cost with all the work that needed to be done by other contractors. He called my mortgage company which he wasn't authorized to do. Items on the bill that HE DIDN'T do. I will never recommend him for water or mold remediation. He might do a good job clean carpets but he's massively over priced. He wanted over $700 to clean the carpet on the stairs, 3/4 of a room of carpet (part of it was wood) and clean a 4 piece theater seating. I got it done for $120 by another contractor who did a terrific job and didn't pad the bill. NEVER AGAIN. By working alone and not having the 2 or 3 helpers working full time like other restoration companies do he didn't find the water in an area that caused mold. He didn't find it.....we did. It had gone up the wall.

    Value Dry
I had another company who came out the following week and upon a proper inspection, found a crack in my foundation - it was visible upon cutting a hole in the drywall.  Had I listened to Value Dry, I would have had a slow foundation leak behind the wall that may have been undetectable, until it became a dangerous mold issue.  Shame on them.  They need to hire somebody younger who is willing and able to do the proper inspections and who doesn't explicitly flirt with customers -  creepy.

Everything went exactly as it was explained to us prior to the appointment.  Richie was very pleasant and thorough.  He did superb work.  I could not be more pleased with the services provided.  Would use this service again if necessary.  Would also recommend to family and friends.  Very very happy with this company and with Richie.

    Liberty Inspection Group
Tom K, our inspector, was very knowledgeable and professional.  He exhibited a friendly demeanor during the entire process.  I arrive at the house about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment; Tom was there and had already set up the radon detector in the basement.  As first time home buyer my fiance and I were unsure of a lot of things.  Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions (no matter how big or small).  His explanations were thorough and we felt very at ease with him.  It was a very enjoyable experience (as far as home inspections go) and we would definitely recommend Inspect-It 1st and Tom as your inspector!

    Joe Georgini Plumbing & Heating
Removed old radiator water piping and soldered a new one in place due to a leak. To check out the leak he came out on a Sunday which was really nice. Joe did a great job, but is definitely  more expensive than any other plumber I have used in the past.

Basement Pros Inc-Basement Waterproofing, Crawlspace Conditioning, and Mold Remediation
My experience with Basement Pros was great.  I had numerous questions before the work began, and was quite concerned about the massive amount of demolition and work that would be involved, but Mike superbly answered all my concerns.  Basement Pros showed up as scheduled, and completed the work in 4 days.  It was a big job.  They put in a new drainage system and took care of the mold problem.  To do this, they worked in my basement and dug up the concrete all the way 360 degrees around the basement, along the interior wall.  They planned to dig up the concrete out from the wall into the basement about two feet or less (to the edge of the footers) in order to remove the builder's poor drainage system and put in their own system.  Some spots became a surprise because they had a very wide footer, nearly 3 feet or more from the wall, yet Basement Pros dug that far out at those points, but didn't increase the cost of the job over their estimate of having to dig out 2 feet.  Their team of 4 guys jackhammered all that concrete, removed it by hand in buckets from the basement up the stairs and out the front door.  Then they put in a new pipe and drainage system, and a new sump pump hole and pump, then poured concrete over the that (which they carried in buckets by hand through the front door and down into the basement.  They protected all our floors and stairs with tarps and more.)  They also sprayed the mold with their special mold-killing material, and covered the entire wall from floor level to about 20 inches up the wall with their special mold-blocking wall covering.  They also covered the cinderblock walls with two coats of white waterblock paint.  Mike Ward and the foreman on the job were very cordial and educational to me during the entire job.  After they were finished my wife and I painted the floor ourselves, and Mike Ward gave us plenty of guidance on what to buy and how to do it ourselves.  We also bought from Lowe's and installed a dehumidifier unit in the basement to keep the humidity below 50%.  So, it's about 15 months later now, and after all the "monsoon rains" we've had over the last two months in Delaware, there's not a speck of water or moisture to see or smell in the basement.  We're satisfied indeed.  Thanks Basement Pros!

    ValueGuard Home Inspection
The inspectors arrived ahead of schedule (which was fine by me) and begun right away.  The inspector walked me through the entire house during the inspection.  Being a first time home buyer he explained exactly what he was looking for and gave advice on proper maintnace and care.
