    I submitted two prescriptions for medical equipment, two weeks in advance of surgery. After a week, I called the national customer service line for a status and was told that they hadn't even established an account for me, which was a prerequisite for processing an order. None of that was explained when I dropped off the prescriptions, nor would they provide much detail on what they were planning to provide. I don't know how they stay in business.

    Great! I loved the friendly staff and the family atmosphere despite being in a center. I felt very comfortable leaving my children in the care of Happy Kids, knowing they were safe and having fun learning.

    Excellent experience in every way. The whole staff is very friendly, professional, and thorough. Dr. Gaz is especially careful and friendly. He explains everything he's doing at each step along the way. Best dentist we have ever had.

    Dr. Horah's staff is horrible. Her receptionist is rude and denied me care, refusing to schedule appointments and canceling appointments in real time (while I was already in the waiting room) with no explanation. While Dr. Horah is an excellent physician and I appreciated her care tremendously, I couldn't be confident that I could get that care when I needed it.

    The customer service representative/optician told me she would order new sunglasses to replace the damaged ones. She said it would take 2 weeks to come in. I called back in 2 weeks and they had no record of placing the order. I went to the store and spoke to the manager. He said he would handle it personally and that it would take 2 weeks. I called back in 2 days to check, and was told the order was placed. In 2 weeks, I received a call saying there was a delay on my glasses and they would be ready in another 4 days. After that time had passed there was another call on my machine telling me there was still a delay and the glasses would be ready in another 4 days, and so on. They have promised my glasses then informed me they weren't ready a total of 5 times now. The reason, according to them, is that it is a quality control issue with their laboratory. I have called them repeatedly to discuss this, but they say there is nothing they can do because the problem is with the lab. It has been over 7 weeks since I first went to the store to have my damaged prescription sunglasses replaced under the warranty protection plan that I purchased. As of today, I still do not have the replacement sunglasses.

    So we spent a small fortune on tons of services. My results were EXTREMELY disappointing. The crinkling was EXACTLY THE SAME! So she poured an extreme amount of botox around the area. That had 0 result so she "hit" me with even more botox. ...this is after she performed surgery around the area. Nothing fixed the problem I initially came in with. After she couldn't fix the area, she told me that since its my muscles making the crinkling that it can't be fixed and I should go elsewhere.  Shouldn't she have known this prior to putting me through all of that?!  I see no visible difference in all the other surgeries she talked us into. ...neither does my family.

    She is very good. Both me and my wife like her. I think their office is not in a good location. Everything went okay the last time we were there. We just had to wait there for a long time. She shares the waiting room with other doctors. But, the experience with the doctor was good.

    Dr. Kayne's surgical treatment was fine. The billing people are horrible! I was unhappy about the fact that one of the appointment was cancelled at the last minute. In addition, the dentist refused to make up the appointment at time that was more convenient for me, such as on a Friday. I think when a dentist cancels an appointment at the last minute, he should go out of their way to make it up to you, even if the time does is not one of their preferences.

    This was a nerve conduction test, prescribed by my family doctor and  performed by a doctor using an electrical probe and a machine to record the results.  The doctor had a bad cold, and should have postponed the test until he got better.  I washed my face and hands immediatly after the test and took a zinc tablet when I got home.  I did not get the cold but was concerned about it.  I asked the doctor how the test looked but he said he was calculating the results.  I never got any feedback as to the test results from Christiana.

    I've been using them for the last couple of years. It easy to get in there. They have a couple of nights where you can get an appointment later in the evening. If that's what you need, you get in there. They're very flexible with time. You just get a different hygienist and a different dentist every time you go in there these days. I like the original owner. I don't know what happened. She was really good. There's a couple of dentist where I thought were excellent. I haven't seen them for awhile. I don't know where they went. Now you just don't know what you're going to get. Some of them are nice. They spend so little time with you, you can't say anything. Its like did you really see anything that fast? The environment is pretty deluxe. Its beautifully decorated. They have a juice bar, a massage chair. You hope you don't get in so you can just stay in the chair. The receptionist is super welcoming. Availability is the plus about them. They do a good job with billing.
