    The customer service representative/optician told me she would order new sunglasses to replace the damaged ones. She said it would take 2 weeks to come in. I called back in 2 weeks and they had no record of placing the order. I went to the store and spoke to the manager. He said he would handle it personally and that it would take 2 weeks. I called back in 2 days to check, and was told the order was placed. In 2 weeks, I received a call saying there was a delay on my glasses and they would be ready in another 4 days. After that time had passed there was another call on my machine telling me there was still a delay and the glasses would be ready in another 4 days, and so on. They have promised my glasses then informed me they weren't ready a total of 5 times now. The reason, according to them, is that it is a quality control issue with their laboratory. I have called them repeatedly to discuss this, but they say there is nothing they can do because the problem is with the lab. It has been over 7 weeks since I first went to the store to have my damaged prescription sunglasses replaced under the warranty protection plan that I purchased. As of today, I still do not have the replacement sunglasses.

    Had a wonderful experience with Simon Eye Associates. Actually used the Fox Run location in Bear DE. Called and they were able to see both myself and my son the same day. We had an eye exam and just recently purchased a pair of glasses thru them for my son. I will be going back tomorrow for a contact lens follow-up and will purchase thru them as well.
    All our family will be going to Simon Eye Associates in the future. Thank you!! They were very knowledgable and accommodating. very convenient also with Saturday hours :)

    I have seen Dr. Stromwasser for several years, during which time I've experienced non-routine eye problems that Dr. Stromwasser was very good at problem-solving. He is a good listener and a compassionate physician. After having purchased my contacts at his office for several years, his receptionist gave me the super cold shoulder when my new insurance arm-twisted me into getting them at another source. No matter. I still really like Dr. Stromwasser.

    He is a very friendly yet professional person. He knows eye care very well. I went to him because of a bad problem with cataracts. He was able to refer me to someone who could take care of me. He did my follow up and I was extremely pleased with him.

    He has given me one of the best prescriptions I have ever had. I have been visiting him for 15 years now. His good prescriptions stand out to me. He has a very ordinary place; it's in a house, which is nice. He and his wife both operate from there; they are very pleasant and nice. The staff members are very nice. I was recently put through to a nice eye surgeon as Dr. Scott was unable to check on me and that was good. The billing and administration is good as they accept check and takes care of any insurance they cover. I will continue to visit him.

    He has 3 different offices. I go to the Abbey center in Delaware. It’s a big office and a little impersonal. The girls working there are extremely efficient, pleasant, helpful and professional. I don’t have any complaints. Obviously they don’t remember my name as I go there once a year. I don’t have any complaints. Overall I am very happy with him.
