ASOL USA CleaningThe girls spent over 4 hours scrubbing every inch of my house and did a fantastic job. They wiped and removed marks from all my doors, cabinets, baseboards until there was no dirt left. They did all the blinds on my huge bay window that took me forever to do by myself. They dusted every surface, mopped, vacuumed, organized, etc. they cleaned my window sills as well. My house has never been this clean since my kids were born. I also have them do a regular maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks, but I wish I did this deeper clean sooner! The cleaners are very professional. They wear booties, gloves, and masks. DThe young woman they sent didn't understand English very well. She was nice but cleaned VERY quickly and didn't do a good job. I paid for 3 and 1/2 hours and she was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes.....HALF THE TIME I PAID FOR!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DI was expecting the owner's wife there at 9 am on 12/28. I waited patiently until 9:30 to call about where they were. I was told that I was on the schedule on Wednesday not Monday, even though I confirmed the date and time verbally and by text. She said she would still come (how gracious of her since I confirmed everything). I explained what I wanted done ie: deep cleaning of entire house including carpets. She quoted me $175. I ran a few errands and arrived back at the house between 12:30 and 1 pm and saw her cleaning up to leave. I agree that I was in a hurray since I had to be back at my new house to take a work call at 2 pm. She hadn't even arrived until 10:30- 11 am. So barely 2 hours work, and I never saw a carpet cleaner. When I inquired, I was told she vacuumed the carpets extensively. It was my mistake to look over everything she had done at that time. if I had, I would have only given her half the money for half the work. I had to go back the next day to clean the carpet and take a better look at what she had done. I found that she didn't even attempt to clean the drywall dust and dirt out of the shower. She mentioned that I needed new burner covers, and when I went to replace the covers, I lifted out the burner cover to replace it and found that she didn't clean the stove top where the burners sit and never cleaned under the burner covers. She did a good job cleaning out the appliances and cabinets. After texting her to explain what I was unhappy about she told me to go ahead and cancel the check, but she was already cashing it and I was unable. I gav e her my paypal email address but have never seen a refund. I chose her company after looking over reviews, but I am not sure where the cleaners for this company that I was reading about went.
