I did not know of this dealer but got a lead from AAA new car buying service. Their location was easy to get to on Rt 40; they are a small facility but were honest and professional. I do not like the new car buying process or dealer games and told them that ...salesman John Evans listened and gave us a great deal with no BS or games, and we bought the car the same night and drove away very surprised and pleased with a new Mazda.

I run a dog rescue in Delaware and I've been using Mullen's Truck repairs for years. Keeping my van on the road is life and death to homeless/unwanted dogs that I rescue and transport. Yet, I have to admit that as important as my van is to me, I'm afraid too many times I've let my normal maintenance work pile up and by the time I contact John I'm in a crisis and need the repairs done yesterday so I can get back on the road. Once he had to send a driver to TOW by van from his location in Linwood PA to New Castle DE when I broke down on 95 in New Castle DE! Whew, that was scary b/c we've all heard of people crashing into the rear of vehicles that are broken down on the side of the road. I was SO glad to see his driver pull up and get me safely in their truck and tow my van back to his shop. I'm a senior citizen, so I've seen a thing or two in my lifetime! Too often when I've dealt with other auto repair service companies -- you feel like you are not sure you REALLY need the repairs that they say you do .... but I trust that if John recommends repairs it's because it's in the best interest of keeping me and my van safe on the road. So, I highly recommend John Mullen's Truck Repair Company. Marleen Oetzel, Foster Mom/Founder LnF Dog Rescue

Superb! K&S Garage was referred to me and I was thankful of this, because K&S is all about the old fashion way of conducting customer service. They repair vehicles, communicate with the customer, and stand-by their work. This is how they have stayed in the top of their business for the past forty years. I have taken my vehicle to K&S several times in the past two years and they will they will continue to service my vehicle well into the future. John, Sam and the team are top notch professionals and they are the best in the business.

I emailed them for a quote. They responded promptly. I made an appointment for a wheel alignment and took my car in. They called to say I needed new upper control arms before they could do alignment. I told them I'd pick it up and do that myself then reschedule the alignment. There was no charge yet. I did the c.a.'s, brought it back a few days later and they did the alignment for the price quoted. Good job with no problems.

They were very, very good. Their customer service is outstanding. They take care of my car. Their staff members are outstanding. I really enjoy taking my car there. They greet you with snacks and drink. I test drove the Porsche. I did not have the paper work. The sales manager there is phenomenal it was a phenomenal experience for me. I did not know much about the Porsche the guy sat with me for two hours. He gave me a great feedback on the car, he took his time explaining its features and everything, any questions I had he answered. He really took the time to go over everything in the car. I will be purchasing the car by the end of June.

I wanted to test drive the vehicle and see the features. I told him the features I was interested in. I wanted these packages in the vehicle. I saw it on the internet but I wanted a first-hand experience to make sure these were the things I was interested in. I went to the dealer at the appointed time, he asked me whether I had an appointment and who gave me the appointment and who did I talk to and he told me that there is no BMW for me to test drive. It was a disappointment.  The reason for my visit, was to test drive the vehicle. I wanted to buy an X 6 and I would never go into the dealership again. I even lodged a complaint at BMW. It seemed like they did not want to do business with me. It was like they gauged me if I could buy it or not. BMW charges you for everything little thing on the vehicle. You have to pay separately for the heating etc,. My wife wanted the BMW but I told her that the dealership represented the car and I will not buy a BMW.

Asked the salesman if they would honor the VIP program price and he said yes. Came in to put a deposit on an order the next day. I had to cool my heels for half an hour to see the salesman who then said the manager would no longer honor the VIP price - he then quoted me a price approximately a grand higher. Went to Concordville Subaru and they honored the VIP price with no issues. I had purchased a car at Matt Slapp several years ago using the VIP program - at closing the salesman presented me with an invoice several hundred higher than it should have been. I stormed out, the manager called and made it right - his invoice was within a dollar of what I thought is should be. I should have known better than to go back - who needs the games and the hassle.

It went fine. All our repairs have gone fine. My wife and I have been using Paul Campanella's for a few years now. ALWAYS a top notch experience. Paul and his crew are the best I've dealt with in my 4 decades of car ownership. They are more than fair, very quick to get the repairs done and the coutesy they offer their customers in unexpected situations is something typically no longer found in the market place. It's almost like having a friend work on our cars.

I tried numerous times trying get the Coil Spring mounted on the new Strut Assy and could not get it on. I then checked Angie's List for an automotive repair center and found Steve Swyka's shop (an A+ rating). Dropped off the Strut and explained to the technician what I needed done. Two or three days later Swyka called to say that the repair was completed. Being very busy, I was unable to stop by immediately that Saturday but asked if they were open on Sunday (not expecting that they would be) and Steve replied that he would be willing to drive by the shop and let me pick up the Strut Assy. Talked with the owner for about 10 minutes and was impressed with his easy going personality and professionalism. I asked Steve what the "damage" was for mounting the suspension spring on the new Strut and he said "not a thing". Now who the heck does such a thing in this day and age? I plan to use Steve Swyka as a primary automotive servicer. I don't expect anything for free so I bought the entire crew lunch (grin).

This was the fastest I've gotten in and out so I was impressed this time. They usually take a long time. I needed the more expensive oil and the tire rotation was free. It is $39.99 for the lower one and $59.99 for the synthetic oil. They said it would take 45 minutes and it was exactly what they said. My husband said the price was okay because of the better oil. I had a nice customer service rep this time. They were very nice. We use them all the time.
