    Something Constructive
Patsy and team did a wonderful job with remodeling our master bathroom and updating fixtures in the quest bathroom. His estimate for labor came in under budget. Jacob and Ernesto are capable of doing any task assigned by Patsy. They removed a jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, tile flooring, all plumbing and electrical fixtures, and raised the vanities to 35 inch height. The pictures attached show the end result of which we are very pleased, and thankful for Patsy's patience and guidance throughout the process. We would highly recommend Patsy along with Jacob and Ernesto. They work very well together as a team.

    Something Constructive
I asked Patsy to install 5 Billy bookcases from IKEA into a room to house my book collection. I wanted them to look as though they were built-in. I wanted lighting with dimmers installed above each bookcase and and crown molding installed in the room that would continue across the front of the bookcases. Patsy met me at Home Depot and helped me select the lighting and switchplate options that were needed. When I complained about the way the LED lights were making a humming noise, Patsy went back to Home Depot and found a dimmer that did not hum. I wanted the bookcases to stretch from ceiling to floor. The bookcases I ordered were not tall enough and I could not wait for the extension pieces from IKEA, so Patsy custom-fitted the bookcases and added and extra shelf for me. I wanted the light switch for the bookcase lights to be added to the switchplate on the opposite side of the room, so, Ernesto, one of his workers, went into the attic crawl space and fished the electric across the attic and down to the switchplate on the opposite side of the room. I also wanted the electrical outlet on the bookcase wall to be extended out to the front baseboard of the bookcase. I wanted trim added between each bookcase and the base of the bookcase to blend in seamlessly with the baseboard. I was very picky about having this done exactly the way I wanted, as I have waited forty years for it. I was very pleased with the way the bookcases turned out. The bookcases look like they were made when the house was built. Patsy and his co-workers, Jacob and Ernesto, were courteous, prompt and very hard-working. They finished the job in two and a half days. They completely cleaned the work area before they left each day. The painting that was needed was done very neatly with no drips. They went out of their way to make sure that it was built to my specifications. I would heartily recommend them. They provided good value for my money and exceeded my expectations.

    Metropolitan Moving & Storage
Our move to Delaware could not have gone better. Metropolitan was highly responsive and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish. There were no unexpected charges. The movers themselves were very professional, and took exceptional care of our belongings. We would highly recommend this moving company.

Very, very disappointed. I went to Johnny Janosik to purchase a quality recliner for my neighbor who broke his hip and was coming home from the rehabilitation center. As most of you know, Johnny Janosik is not the cheapest furniture store on the block. I visited the showroom and was greeted by a salesman. I was asked how they could help me and I told them about my friend who needed a good recliner. We looked at various chairs and found a LazyBoy that met the specifications as far as features and size. We found the right chair, and the salesman said that they don’t have any in stock, but would sell the floor model under these circumstances (medical need). I said that’s great and said we’ll take this one. He said that he’ll be right back and then came back to tell us that they cannot sell that floor model, because it’s one of their most popular selling chairs, and they would have missed opportunities if they sold it. I reminded him of what he just said about special exceptions. He would not budge. I then spoke to a manager, and the manager tried to sell smaller, cheaper models. I told him that we wanted the chair that we picked, and he said no. I then pointed out the wall art that they have at the customer service desk that states how great and compassionate the Janosik family is, and their goal of accommodating the customer – an ethic since the company was founded in the 1950’s. I asked the manager to read it. He would not read it, and he said “I know what it says.” I then replied, “then honor what it says.” He would not. I then told him that the writing on the wall was complete BS. I then made a statement that he did not know a thing about customer service, and that they are more interested in missed opportunities for themselves ($) instead of their customer’s needs. The manager said that he certainly does understand customer service as he had his own business for years. I thought to myself, “Having your own successful business centered on customer service was so understood that that’s why you’re working here.” He then said that he would be right back and came back as pretending to have called Mrs. Janosik. They would not sell the chair, but offered a $50 discount on any other chair. I told him that it's not about the money, I don’t want a discount. I wanted a quality chair and was willing to pay full price for the chair $829. Lastly, they refused to sell the chair and I walked out of the store. I will never shop at Johnny Janosik again. They are selfish people who only care about themselves. I recommend that you shop elsewhere.

    White Glove Moving & Storage
I got there name from Angie's List and called for an estimate. Ely came out two days later and gave me an estimate. We agreed on the move one week later. The dispatcher called me two days prior to move day to confirm. They agreed to arrive between 8 and 9 am. On moving day I received a call from the driver, Jalal, at 7:45 am and he said he would be here at 8. At 8 on the dot Jalal and three helpers rang my doorbell. All four men followed me for a walk-through and they began working. I have large, heavy furniture and they were able to pick up and load everything without showing any signs of difficulty. My wife and I were impressed. They finished loading by 11:30 and started the 4 hour drive to the new house in Delaware. Shortly thereafter my wife and I followed. We arrived at about 3:45pm and the four men jumped out and starting unloading the truck and assemblying the furniture in place. Jalal kept insisting that I tell him exactly where we wanted each piece and to not be afraid to have him move it or rearrange it as many times as we wanted. He said his job is to make me happy! What a refreshing treat in today's world. They were completely finished by 7pm. These guys were amazing!

    Kenneth Keith Piano Services
Arrived on time, professional attire and vehicle, expert mannerism and performance, explained everything he did as he did it, timely execution and completion, reasonably priced, left the site in a clean and orderly fashion, family oriented. Ken is an extremely personably individual that literally knows the piano inside and out. The difference in sound was significant, and through his expertise, sounded like an entirely different piano after he performed the tune. I whole-heartedly recommend him over any other tuner!

    Kenneth Keith Piano Services
.Mr. Keith tuned our piano.  The piano had not been tuned in 14 years.  He plans to return in 3 months because the piano could only be brought up in tune so far after so long without a tuning. After the future tuning it will be where it should be.  It sounds wonderful even now.  so much better.  I thank him very much and would recommend him to others.
