    Great. George immediately answered my first phone call on his cell. Made an appointment and came for repair or estimate the next day. Gave good, clear options and prices. The next day he picked up, brought, and installed a top new toilet and removed the old, rusted broken one. He also gave estimates on faucet repairs or replacements, which we will have him do for us soon.

    I called on a Saturday morning and got the answering service and then a very quick call back from the on-call plumber. He explained what he could do and came over promptly. He was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the situation. He also went under the crawl space to ensure no other leaks existed. He was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

    Took 2 to 2.5 hours to fix. They charged just short of $900. The faucet kit could be purchased from Lowe's for $50. I figure the other parts were about 50. $90 to show up. Able to get mcgee down to $500. Still too much. They use a book to determine how to charge. Be careful. Get a complete cost for job before starting. If you dont agree call their mgt.

    I stopped in the Ocean View Plumbing showroom to look at the types of Rheem hot water heaters and selected the model. Two techs showed up a few days later and did a remove and replace of the old heater. After they left, I noticed the connection to to the expansion tank was leaking. The techs returned the following day and fixed the problem. I like supporting local businesses and recommend OVP.

    Overall the job went well, but we had a concern that required some quick problem solving. Carol and the staff at Charles Moon immediately addressed our concern and rectified the issue. Problems only become annoying when they linger and go ignored. Carol was very professional in dealing with the problem, and I would highly recommend their service.

    The plumber Jack arrived within an hour of calling Charles Moon Plumbing. He went under my house and assessed the problem of not having water. He wrote an estimate and presented it to me. I agreed to the terms and he proceeded to replace the pump and restored water to my home. I was very impressed with not only the professionalism but the fact that they got me water that day. I had several plumbers that did a poor job of past water problems at my home and I will definitely use Charles Moon Plumbing again.

    Jimmy  is the BEST.  I almost hate to leave such positive feedback as his schedule will continue to fill up, leaving folks like me on long list.  Seriously, this is the most sincere, honest Contractor I have ever met and his work is superior!!!!  You cannot go wrong with this fellow .. just wonderful and we have numerous items pending ..

    Arrived 1/2 hour late. After they removed tub, the installer discovered they did not have the shower doors. Installers came back 3 hours later with wrong doors. They left again for 3 hours. Finally finished 7:30.

    Since the repair was completed 5 months ago we have encountered some very heavy rain storms with no signs of leaks.  Mike used dropcloths and ensured everything was cleaned up after his work each day.  Very professional work!

    Terrible from start to finish.  Would not recommend this company.  I had previously used this company and thought quite highly of them.  When my water heater began leaking, I contacted Charles Moon over the weekend -- I did not get the answering service but rather voice mail.  So I turned off the water to the house.  I called back twice on Monday morning and eventually talked with "Jaime" who indicated they had had a problem with their answering service. 
    I asked that the plumber who had previously serviced my home be sent out -- was told he no longer worked there.  Jamie explained that they would make a visit to assess the situation and then call with a full cost and discuss options.  This was set for Tuesday monring, first call.  On Tuesday, I called at 1130am to ask about the results.  Jaime was surprised the plumber had not called as it was "on his sheet".  I had a 1pm meeting to attend and told her so.  Jamie called back and said she had left a message with the plumber.  I asked if I could call and she said NO - he was using his personal cell phone because they did not have their company phones yet.  AHA!  Confirmation that this was not the same people I had previously used but new onwers.  Eventually the plumber did call with an estimate of $1749 which I thought was extremely high.   I thanked him and said I would need to think about it.  He told me he had drained the water tank to prevent any flooding.
    I called another plumber -- got and verified he was the owner.  He gave me an estimate over the phone for the replacement - $750 for the same manufactuerer - Rheem.
    A follow-up call was received 1-day later from Charles Moon.  I indicated that I would not be using them due to pricing and frankly poor service.  I was offered $300 off the price quote.  I said no thank you. Jaime was overly insistent on why I wasn't using them and how they had not met my expectations.  One word -- communications.  I wasn't just the timing or non-timing of the calls but the underlying attitude that went with our interchanges.  Having previously worked with Charles Moon, I was expecting the same level of service and respect.  They have changed owners -- I wish them luck but I doubt I will use them.
      
    I asked how much for the "no-charge" esitmate as the plumber had drained the tank and will pay for that $125 (again high for a short service call).
