    The technician arrived on time. He did a very thorough check of my entire HVAC system, inside and outside. Josh, the technician, explained the service he was preforming and made sure he answered any questions I may have. I continue to be very pleased with K&B’s service.

    The job was completed in a timely manner. The associate took the time to not only check the air conditioning system, but he changed the filters in the house and went through the house checking each vent to make sure the air flow was correct. This company is the best in the business hands down.

    Very good. They do a complete system maintenance and inspection (both indoor units and outdoor heat pumps). The technician explains services performed and if any issues or problems exist. All filters are replaced and condensate drain pans and traps are cleaned out. Then a complete easy to read report is issued by the company.

    Went extremely well. Service man called us when he left the office to come to our house. He was right on time. Very polite and professional. The full service took a little over an hour. He made some adjustments and changed the capacitor. Was very pleased with the service.

    First Class responded within a couple of hours. The technician said he had to order parts. I pointed out that it might be covered by the manufacturers warranty. He said we would be better off letting them fix it and then try to recoup our money from the manufacturer. It would be quicker. I agreed. It took 8 days to get the part. This is in JULY. HOT. It was finally fixed. First Class office said they would file papers with the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Three weeks later they inform us that they could not do it. We would have to do it ourselves. The office manager,Debbie, was rude and condescending. We called a couple of other service companies in our area and they all said that their policy is to file a claim for the customer. At this point it isn't about the money...We just refuse to work with a company that will not do what they said they would do.. Most companies are fine until you have a problem and then you will find out who will be there for you. First Class has NO CLASS in my opinion.

    First Class Heating was prompt and courteous during all phases of work, from providing me with an estimate to installing the equipment. They identified a unit that I hadn't considered, and this turned out to be the heat pump I purchased. They also helped me obtain a significant energy efficiency rebate for this unit under the Energize Delaware program. All in all I was extremely pleased with First Class Heating and would recommend them.

    Every member of the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, industrious, and delivered such high quality product that I was impressed beyond belief.

    Duane took the time and effort and with great care, made sure that I was able to understand and effectively evaluate all of my options based on performance, cost, and the best way to meet my stated goals for the project. He participated with Sean to conduct an initial impartial performance test of our HVAC system and duct environment to be used as a baseline for comparison to see how well performance goals would actually be achieved.

    Henry did a fantastic job of correcting major flaws in the wall, ceiling and flooring of our furnace room so that the new HVAC system would have an operating environment worthy of the equipment.

    HVAC mechanics Jim and Ray showed up on time every day, worked together as a team and not only completed EVERY task, but they made sure that the end product was made to true perfection.  Beautiful craftsmanship work. They are not only masters of their trade, but they represent the company well by making sure that I was consulted when necessary, and always pleased with the quality of workmanship.  These guys precisely  measured everything and "eyeball estimated" nothing.  

    The supervisor Ron came in periodically and also at the end of the effort, to make sure that everything was as it should be.  His wisdom and expertise in solving certain day-to-day problems was outstanding.

    "First Class" is definitely an appropriate name for this company.

    This Custom Mechanical has provided service on several occasions in the past.   We were able to set up appointments quickly.  They have serviced our air conditioning units and our previous hot water heater.  
    One of the things we appreciated with working with them was that they were honest about the repairs they made were only short term prevention and that we would have to consider replacing our water heater.  The unit we had was only 5 years old and installed by the builder.  Custom Mechanical explained that the manufacturer produced a good product at one time but had the quality of their products had declined and the company had gone out of business.  I was able to verify this information on line.  
    We would definitely use them again for our heating and AC and any plumbing needs that we would need.  Their fees are higher than providers in our area.
