  • They did a fantastic job of dressed up the uneven grout in the master bath. They whitened all of the grout to an even SAME color. Then they sealed the grout. They were on time, they were very professional, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

  • Estimate (free) - Brasure's sent a tech to measure and price the cleaning the day after I contacted them, and e-mailed me the estimate as soon as the measuring appointment was completed. I set an appointment to perform the work about 2 weeks later. Brasure's rep indicated they would text me day before to confirm, which they did. Carpet Cleaning technician, Shawn, Bailey, was on time and professional. We walked the rooms to be cleaned, and agreed on which furniture would be more and which would not (per the estimate). Work took a little over 2 and a half hours. Shawn kept me informed of progress throughout. Shawn had me inspect each area as he completed the cleaning. He identified 2 areas with staining that he treated particularly. The carpet looks much better. The stained areas are much improved (I can see a faint outline of the stained area, but they are much improved). I would hire Brasure's again. The office staff and cleaning technicians were friendly and helpful. There is a $25 internet coupon available, and Brasure's honored that coupon offer.

  • The technician arrived on time. He did a very thorough check of my entire HVAC system, inside and outside. Josh, the technician, explained the service he was preforming and made sure he answered any questions I may have. I continue to be very pleased with K&B’s service.

  • The railings and steps are twenty years old and have a southern exposure. The wood had dried out and loosened from the flooring causing a very unsafe condition. The original railing system was deconstructed and then reconstructed (according to code) with new wood and support hardware. Safety for the grandkids has been restored. Site cleanup and friendliness of the crew were excellent. It was a very hot day.

  • Anna Marie was punctual, professional and extremely skilled in painting techniques. Furnishings and hardware were either removed or protected from paint splatter. All holes were filled and kitchen color matched perfectly with furnishings. All seams and lines of paint were very straight and detailed. This is Anna Marie's fourth visit.

  • Great. George immediately answered my first phone call on his cell. Made an appointment and came for repair or estimate the next day. Gave good, clear options and prices. The next day he picked up, brought, and installed a top new toilet and removed the old, rusted broken one. He also gave estimates on faucet repairs or replacements, which we will have him do for us soon.

  • From bad to worst. Nearly two months after signing a contract with owner Steve and Seasonal Solutions, there was no solution or resolution. I signed a contract to pay $240 to "open" (plus $60 to vacuum) my pool. Two weeks later they took the cover off my pool, and discovered the water green with algae from an exceptionally wet and warm spring. They said, and I understood and accepted, that it would take more than one vacuuming and dumping in of chlorine and algaecide to clean and clear the pool. Only two weeks after a few more failed service calls to clear and open the pool did they see an tell me that the old pool filter was not filtering, and that I needed to replace the paper filters (for <$700) or replace the old filter with a new sand filter (for $800), which I agreed to and they did, quickly do (for $900+). The new sand filter was a good call and is working fine. But then, after many return (only when and after I called their "scheduler" for more) unsuccessful "service" calls, they sent me an outrageous additional "bill" a month later for $390, including 3 more vacuumings (for another $180), which were not done (they did one ineffective partial removal (by a small inadequate vacuum), and a second partial sweep (by their bigger vacuum), removing only some streaks of the algae on the bottom of the shallow end of the pool, plus $210 they charged me for chemicals and other inadequate "services," leaving most of the pool bottom still algae covered, and the water was not clear for human entry. I put a stop payment on my credit card, but Discover charged me anyway, despite the services not rendered and the 'solutions" not reached. I warn you to not sign a contract with or give your credit card to "Unreasonable Solutions." They baited, hooked, switched and took me for exorbitant changes for chemicals and "services" that were not effective and not done. Since I pulled the plug on the Seasonal Solutions drain, I finally found a responsive, accessible reliable and reliable service, Coastline Pool Services, who came the day after I called them, and had my pool vacuumed, cleaned, algae free and true blue for me to clearly and refreshingly swim out the summer.

  • We had a tree overhanging our house that needed to be removed. Augusto and Sons called me within minutes of me submitting a request for a quote on Angie's List. They came out a few hours later to give me a quote and returned later that same afternoon to take the tree down. They performed great work, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great family business.... great people and great work! We couldn't have been happier!

  • How did it go? It did not. Called them on August 9 or 10th and they said they were running behind and would contact us the following Friday. They did not contact us. Called them again 2 weeks later and arranged for them to come out on Aug 31 between 12-1. They did not arrive between 12-1 and did not call, so called them and they were running behind and did come out and look at what needed to be repaired and said they would get back to us with an estimate. Never heard from them. I don't have a lot of spare time and do not want to keep contacting/chasing them.
