  • Terrible experience. Dentist was causing a great deal of pain and finally I lashed out to get him out of my mouth. Instead of worrying about me he went on and on about how I touched his hand and I could never touch his hand. I was so upset and tried to talk with him about mutual respect which he totally ignored. He just wanted to do his work and get out of there. He and hygenist stood whispering behind me and never told me what was going on. I was there because they botched the initial job and failed to apologixe for that. Do not go there ever!

  • They are an excellent group. I have been their patient since 2010 from filling, cleaning to dental implant. They have the expertise to do everything there. If there's something beyond their expertise they bring an expert to their office. The dentist are very educated and so does the staff. Very attentive and caring, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, even hold your hand. They are with you from beginning to end. They call several times during the first 24 hours to make sure I'm okay.

  • This is update to my 2012 review of Grady Dental Group. My husband had major dental surgery performed by Grady dentist - Dr. David Hayward - after my earlier review. The result of the work by Dr. Hayward has been years of pain and expense with subsequent attempts by multiple dentists to correct and control abscesses and serious problems from teeth beneath cantilevered bridge work performed by Dr. Hayward. Each dentist who examined my husbands mouth after Dr. Hayward was amazed at the poor work. An oral surgeon in NewYork State offered help with how we could report this terrible dental experience to professional dental overviewers. My husband had told Dr. Hayward the bridge was not correct and very painful. He returned to the practice for adjustment with no success. We moved from Georgia in 2014 with continual discomfort in the bridge area and lived in two states. Subsequent dentists and two oral surgeons were required to cut out the very expensive bridge, remove diseased teeth below bridge, attempt repair of teeth connected to bridge and finally my husband was left with additional pain and expenses including removal of teeth, an upper denture and need for implants to support this denture. .A family member had similar dental work performed by Dr. Hayward. She had to go to an oral surgeon in Johns Creek to remove the bridge and correct damage - with multiple dental implants required. Our basic dental work performed by Dr. Grady was fine, but all work performed by Dr. Hayward was a disaster!

  • Everyone in this office is friendly, helpful, kind and patient. There is a very pleasing atmosphere every time I visit...and that has been many. I found them via A's list when i needed emergency care. Now I have had several teeth pulled (their referral to a super surgeon) and am being fitted for partial plate. They are careful and strive for perfection. Who could ask for more.

  • First of all, the whole group is very, very professional. The offices are immaculate and spotless. The staff is unbelievable. Dr. Barnhart is a sweetheart. He's done some crown work for me. He's a genius. He just does beautiful crown work.

  • The practice was able to take me right in as soon as I had a problem. I had not seen this doctor before, but she brought herself up to speed on my past history and diagnosed my current condition. She gave her recommendation for further treatment and was very helpful in guiding me in the correct decision to have it evaluated and probably to receive a root canal treatment. The staff was able to get an appointment the next day for treatment. They also followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok.

  • I have been a patient since 1990 and since that time Dr. Beers has been pleasant, personal and efficient.  Plus an excellent dentist.  Cost is excellent.  From the time you open the door and get in, they are efficient.  Office girl, Jo Ann is friendly.  Pleased with experience.

  • I had a root canal here. The dentist who did the root canal was new but friendly. The front desk had a problem with her (the secretary/assistants) and decided that they would be rude to her. They were consistently rude to her (in front of me) yet all smiles with me. They would literally mock her in front of clients.

    The root canal ended up needing to be done again and I am still in pain for a procedure done in January.

    Side note - they were able to take me the next day as a new patient when I called them and explained I had tooth pain - the office staff speaks Spanish and English - and the place is very clean. They can do most procedures in the office right there.

    I had 2 root canals (on the same tooth) The office does take payment plans though - which is nice - but I don't know if the reason my tooth now has to be replaced is due to the tooth originally being not salvageable or because the dentist who did the two root canals was inexperienced (she has now left the office after only being there for a few months).

    That being said - I will still use this office and recommend them - they have bent over backwards to try to eliminate my pain.
