  • Amazing Job! The moment I spoke with Michael I knew I called the right company. He is a wonderful person to talk to and he explains the process on each and every project. I have been a happy, satisfied, and devoted customer. He has done at least three projects on my home and is in the process of doing another. Every project he does he goes above and beyond. He made me feel very important as a customer no matter how big or small the project. I also commend him on how he answers questions, returns calls, and met with me to set up and complete each job in a very timely manner. Michael did a wonderful job and I have never had anyone better or with better PRICES! I would definitely recommend him to anyone !

  • Horrible service ! I went to your store and scheduled someone to come look at my basement to figure out how much carpet I needed and picked out carpet on 6/23, they unrolled the carpet and showed me that it was just enough to do what I needed no cutting or anything I was using the rest of the roll, I told the lady I needed it installed by 7/1 for a party or I would have to go somewhere else, she said no problem carpet gets installed in less than a week . So my carpet was supposed to get installed on 6/30 they were supposed to be there by 8 am I received a call at 815 saying they wouldn't be there the guy got hurt so then they told me I had to wait Until 7/6 for my carpet t get installed which I wasn't happy with because they knew I needed it done by 7/1. Then on the 6th the carpet man comes to install my carpet and can't even do it! He tells me my concrete is too hard and is breaking his drill bits! But he was using drill bits made for wood!!!! So my carpet doesn't get installed then either. The employees at air base in Dover de have changed their reasoning as to why my carpet didn't get installed a lot. First excuse was that my concrete was too hard (never heard that before) then it was my concrete cured too long and nothing could be able to be drilled into it, then the final excuse was installer just didn't have to right bits to use at all he didn't own any. So they wanted me to change the kind of carpet to industrial carpet because he could just glue it down and not have to drill the strips into my concrete but I didn't want that because it would be way too hard in my basement then. Then they said they would have someone else install my carpet but it would have to wait until 7/17!!!! So almost a month for carpet that should of been installed within a weeks time! So I just want my money back and I refuse to pay a restocking fee. The restocking fee is for after carpet has been cut and they never had to cut my carpet at all!!!! I was going to have to use the rest of the roll! This is the worst time I have had with anything ! It's ridiculous they are trying to make me wait a month for carpet when I told them from the beginning I needed it installed by a certain date. They keep changing their story every time I call them. They weren't going to charge me a restocking fee when they wanted me to switch carpets completely but now that I want all my money back because they are just horrible they said I would have to pay a restocking fee. Most horrible place I have had to deal with , this is unacceptable.
