    Colonial Motors repaired my car after I had it over at Hertrich Motors. Hertrich said I needed a transmission and had my car for a month and replaced every sensor that was in it. After they were done my car wouldn't even start. Colonial said it only needed a fuel pump and the transmission was fine. Not only did they save me 3000 dollars but they conducted themselves in a professional manner which is nothing like the inferior service and attitude I received at Hertrich's.

    Brought the car in for a Torque Converter Recall. Six thousand miles later they said I needed every sensor replaced and the transmission is shot. Nothing was wrong with it when I brought it in but every week that the car was there they left the lights on and ruined my battery, the car won't come out of first gear and when all was said and done it just needed a fuel filter. They won't call me back and I have now a car in front of my house that won't run.

    I have been using them for 20 years. If I had to overhaul the engine, I would let him do it. I use him all the time. I use him probably 3 or 4 times a year. I went down to this one place, and I thought I had problems with my brakes, and they wanted to put calipers, and brakes and all sorts of stuff, and they wanted to charge me $450. I went to him and I didn't need to change so much, but he said he would do it for me, and will charge me $150, so it was brake work and was related with brake disks. I was out of there and the car did not give me any more trouble until I sold it. The guy who runs it is called Francis. I have used him for so long, and he has provided high quality service. He would pick me up from home and drop me if I needed it. He is trustworthy, and his prices are very fair. I have never had a problem with anything that he has ever done.

    From the start we had a issue with the tires. We would get a vibration at speeds from 35-55mph. I have taken it back several times with this compalint. Each time the vibration would go away, but soon return. I decided to take the suv to a local delaership to see if the vibration was being caused by the tires or the suspension.
    The dealership performed several test on the tires and suspension system. The test results showed all 4 tires were way out of balance. They rebalanced the tires. The vibration no longer exists.
    To me this shows complete incomptence!
    It pretty bad when your mechanics don't know how to properly balance tires. I do plan on asking them for reinbursement of the bill, from the dealership. I will never do business with this store again!

    They see me whenever I need work on a car.  Other things that impresses me is that they find something necessary or new, they tell me.  They don't just go and do what they want to do and charge me.  If something is needed to be replaced, they do tell me.  They're pretty trustworthy.  I would definitely continue to use them in the future.

    Two great experiences with C. F. Schwartz in Dover, Delaware! My son was thinking of getting a newer Prius and we happened to be in the area, so made a visit to C. F. Schwartz - we are so glad we did. They gave him a good price for his trade-in and an even better price for the new 2013 Prius. Before signing the papers, we did a little comparison shopping and made a visit to Hertrich Toyota (which is where he purchased the car he was trading in). Hertrich wouldn't even come close to the price we were quoted at C. F. Schwartz for the exact same model. They said there was no way that we could be talking about the same car and we certainly were. They didn't want to negotiate at all with a loyal customer, so we went back to C. F. Schwartz and bought the 2013 Prius there.
    A month or so after that, I wanted to get a Prius also, so we went back to C. F. Schwartz and received the same great treatment - a great trade-in value and great price for my new car. I love my Prius and wouldn't go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend C. F. Schwartz for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

    Classic has taken care of my cars for years. Cant ask for a more honest capable set of guys. 53 years old and dealt with scores of mechanics, good, not so good....and worse - these guys are keepers.

    We had a flat from a road hazard on our small utility trailer driving from Michigan to our house in Delaware. We were on the PA Turnpike and we were able to put on our spare and continue, but our spare was not designed for highway speeds. We called Kings on the way and ordered a matching replacement tire. They requested nothing other than a name and phone number, got the tire in for us the next day, and mounted and balanced it while we waited a short time. And the amount was less than we had paid in Michigan for the same tire.

    I went to just look at their in stock used mini vans and I ended up trading my 2008 Toyota Highlander in on a 2011 Toyota Sienna! The salesman was helpful but not pushy. He sold me what I wanted to buy. Though it took some time to negotiate the price, I got the price that I was willing to pay and the deal was totally done in 3 hrs! I was pleasantly surprised when my registration arrived 3 wks later to get a refund check on the cost of my tags! This experience TOTALLY changed my view of purchasing a vehicle from a car dealer. Will recommend them to my friends and will return there for my next vehicle!

    They seem to be fair. We have been using them for a couple of years. They have done the work that we needed to be done without having to go to a dealer, and dealers always charge a lot more. I would use them again in the future.
