The level of professionalism was consistent across all Keystone personnel, from sales to the office team to the skilled craftsmen. We choose the term "skilled craftsmen" here because every member of the crew, carpenters, plumbers, masons, and electricians amazed us with their skill, creativity, attention to detail and passion for their crafts. Communication from Keystone was always prompt and clear. The Team was very accommodating when it came to our seemingly endless questions and design changes. Their work ethic and consistently friendly attitudes made it a great experience for us. AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. AMr. Contractor IncKen. S and his team repaired and rehabbed my top and inner porch roofs on 12/21-22/20. This included: repointing the outer facade brick wall, drilling down to the inner brick wall along the top roof's edge to then seal it tightly, sealing along the top roof, insulating the bay windows, re-sealing the inner porch roof, and replacing the second-floor bay with new protective siding. The rotating team of 4-6 men were efficient, swift, cooperative, unobtrusive (I'm working from home and I was undisturbed), polite and (most appreciated) CLEAN. They left not a speck of debris behind either day (despite the considerable amount that was produced from the mini-demolition). Ken came by on both days to check on the progress of the work and consult with me to see if I had any questions. The ultimate test would be how well would the inner porch roof keep out rain. Not a single drop has come through---even during an overnight deluge! I've worked with Ken before and I cannot sing his praises more. His teams simply do EXCELLENT work. The cost was very reasonable and worth every dollar. Ken will continue to have my business for future home projects, and I highly recommend him and any team he sends.- Tamara P.

The crews that came to do work on 2 different days were pleasant and professional. AMy house is nearly 100 years old with a stone foundation, and it sits at a high water table. With most significant rains, I would get some level of dampness in my basement at the floor and exterior walls. I also wanted the original cast iron sewer pipe replaced since they would be working in that area. When Steve Custus came to review the project, he was very thorough in answering my many questions about the GrateDrain system, his proposed design, what I could expect for the timeline to begin and be completed, and his role throughout; I appreciated receiving the proposal and pricing immediately. Rather than just spot-reparging the old house basement walls, he suggested using a vapor barrier to tie into the system, which would also greatly improve the appearance – awesome! He also suggested I have the oil line moved prior to their work starting so it wouldn't be damaged. This level of forethought was super. I then spent some time reviewing, researching and finding additional questions, which Steve addressed in a future call. Jose, Miles and their crew were on time to begin and they were very careful to keep my house neat as they worked. They provided regular updates and answered my questions and requests as they arose, all with a friendly demeanor. After the first night when we discovered water still rising in one area, they worked to shift the system design to handle that area. Jose went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the result. The tech returned within a couple weeks to reattach my laundry sink since the concrete in that area needed to cure first. He also addressed a couple questions I had. I'm thrilled that the system performed beautifully as the remnants of Zeta came through - for the first time since I've owned the house, there was no water in my basement!

AFred and his team totally gutted our master bathroom and created a new beautiful bathroom with a double size shower and large vanity. They installed new lighting and plumbing and beautiful tile work. All throughout the renovation, Fred kept us up to date on the progress and explained everything in detail. Wherever possible, he gave us options to choose from and clearly explained the differences in pricing. Fred was always pleasant, courteous and patient throughout the entire project. AJohn and his partner did a fantastic job you would never even know they were here they installed special sound deadening insulation and sound deadening drywall on one side. John was very careful to manage our expectations when he first came out to give us an estimate for this project so we knew it would not sound proof the two rooms but it did what we were hoping it would do which was cut down the noise we could hear from our daughters room and the noise she could hear from our room. John is a true craftsmen the job he did was so good it only illustrated how bad the work of the builder that put up our condo was. I must admit I thought I had driven John a review but in update it my contacts I found no review for him so while this work was done several years ago we have since hired John two more times we removed wall paper which chewed up the drywall underneath which he fixed expertly and he repaired the ceiling in my mother in laws condo and did a fantastic job on that as well that was only a year or two ago so till this day when we need dry wall work we call John and we recommend him to everyone whenever we can

AVery professional company, stands behind their work. Helped me figure out a design that worked well with my property and helped with coordinating the brick colors between my walls, fire pit and patio. Considering the amount of work that had to be done, the price was reasonable. Even came back a few times to help with some minor tweaks I needed to make with my lighting and didn't charge extra for those last minute cosmetic changes I decide to make. Used this company prior to my patio to install a fence on about 1/4 acre of property, design and install landscaping around most of property as it was new construction and I didn't even have grass. Here again, bent over backwards to accommodate me changing my mind 1/2 dozen times on the layout and the variety of shrubs, grasses, etc that I was picking out. This work was performed in 2014 and 2015.
