They always made sure I knew when they were coming ahead of time, and then Ryan would also text when he arrived to do the work to again make sure I knew they were there. The work took a bit longer was a little more involved than initially predicted, and they made sure I knew what was happening. And they did good quality, sturdy work on two long-neglected aspects of the backyard. The deck has never looked so good, and the fence is in the best shape it's ever been in.- Adam Z.

FDon't use unless you don't mind getting the run around and excuse after excuse. I called in October, 2020 for a gutter clealing for a home in Northeast PA. I was told I was on the schedule for late November into the middle of December. I didn't mind the timeframe as I'm aware how weather plays a role in this work. I called the beginning and middle of December to just to make sure I was on the schedule and they said I was. The job still was not completed by Christmas and I called around December 29th and demanded to be given a date for the service since now it was 2 weeks late. They scheduled me for Jan 2nd. Weather was fine but they cancelled becasue they didn't have the crews in place. Why schedule someone without available crews? They rescheduled for Jan 4th and cancelled that because of weather. Upper 30s and Cloudy apparently isn't good enough. I guess they forget they are in the Northeast now in the middle of winter. So frustrated, that I cancelled the Job with them and told them I'd hire one of their competitors.

AWe found a very minor leak on MBR ceiling, only happened once under heavy storm and gusty side wind. All shingles appear in decent conditions (none missing). Emailed R. Short Roofing and got response next day, Kevin came on time today and quickly identified the root cause (one problematic shingle with bad nailing work). He then did the repair despite the rain! Price is very reasonable (helps us a lot due to furlough situation). We are very impressed with Kevin's professionalism and craftsmanship. He is very kind and answered all the Q we had. We very strongly recommend Kevin (& R. Short Roofing) and will certainly hire him again next time when there is a roof/siding/window project. Thanks much Kevin!
