Due to popular demand & referrals. Contacted the store for estimate on a project. Someone came by the house but decided not to provide estimate bcos I was looking around. After calling the store few times to follow up, a lady returned my call & left a message on VM my with a sarcastic estimate. May be this is a one off but was pretty disappointed ! Not very professional at all.

Master Flooring and Remodeling did an excellent job on our project. They came out and provided us with a realistic estimate and then completed the project to perfection. Not only is the new tile floor beautiful but they also replaced a section of water damaged subflooring and installed new base boards. I trust this company and would hire them again.

This business owner took our money (thousands of dollars!) and refused to fix issues that were caused by his workers. Right at the beginning there were issues with his work. I should have known that he was unprofessional, as one of the first things he told my husband was how he might defraud our insurance company. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, however. On the first day, the workers busted a water pipe and couldn't find the shut-off valve for over 5 minutes, all while the gallons and gallons of water was gushing all over the insulation under the sub-floor. We were unable to check for damage because he had laid the sub-floor down before we came home from work. Additionally, when I came home from work, the workers had set our thermostat down to 69 degrees without permission. I would have done it for them, but I thought 72 degrees was sufficient, this was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. They refused to let the new Pergo flooring acclimate to the climate of my house before laying down the flooring, even though the directions clearly state that this is important step in order to avoid later problems. My daughter overheard one of the men stating that this should be done, but the other refused. Now the floor has been buckling in places, only one month after the job’s completion. They moved the furniture after they laid the brand new floors by sliding the heavy furniture across the new floors (instead of picking it up), which caused deep scratches on the floor. (pictures to folow) They denied that the scratches were caused by the dragging of the furniture, and instead attempted to blame our dog, even though there were no other scratches on the floor, and the dog walks all over the floor. Then they tried and cover the scratches by spreading some type of waxy substance on the floor, which also goes against Pergo’s best practice directions. We have attempted to contact Anthony to replace the boards that his workers scratched and those that are buckling, but he has taken our money and will not answer our calls. Before he stopped taking our calls, he emailed us and told us that the condition of our furniture (which is 15 years old and is being replaced) proves that we don't deserve his best service. This contractor has been unprofessional and has made mistakes throughout the whole ordeal and refuses to acknowledge or rectify his mistakes. He advertises that his business is accredited by the Better Business Bureau; however, this is false advertising as he cannot be found on the BBB website of accredited businesses. Please be very careful before you decide on who comes into your house and don’t take a business owner’s word for truth…do research and then choose a better business to spend your hard earned money on.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the staff.  The painters were on-time and worked efficiently throughout the day.  Our yard was VERY MUDDY due to the snow/ice storm and the workers were very careful in covering the new hardwood floors and carpet installed in the home.  They cleaned up nicely each day and were VERY PATIENT with my indecisiveness on paint colors.  I changed my mind a few times during the process and Joe never complained!!  Our home looks amazing and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work.  I've already referred him to friends and neighbors.

CNJ performed excellent work and went well above and beyond the scope of their work. They completed the required repairs ahead of schedule and assisted my wife with identifying other issues that needed to be addressed and provided oversight of work being performed by other nonrelated contractors in the house to support a better finished product.
The level of service and professionalism was beyond most of the contractors I have had in my house and I would definitely call this team back.

There were two workers that arrived. They did have to leave once to purchase materials. I thought the price was little high for what they did, but we had not discussed pricing ahead of time so that was my fault. Otherwise the quality of work was good and the time it took to complete was reasonable.

Service at the store was good. Was able to schedule for install in a short amount of time. The installer was professional and arrived on time. After the grout dried we noticed quite a few air holes and one area that needed two small pieces of tile. We called the company and they sent someone out within a few days to look at the job. It then took over a month of calling back and forth to get someone out here to do the touch-ups. The tile now looks great and we have had no further problems.

Delaware Rug was great to work with.  We were on a tight timeline to get new carpet in before the movers brought the furniture into our new house.  They were able to get the carpet delivered and installed in 4 days.  The carpet we chose for the downstairs had a flaw in it and the installers recognized it, pointed it out to us and we ended up returning the carpet and having to reorder it.  Other installation companies would have put the carpet down  without checking it out first and once the carpet is cut, there is no returning it.  They were professional and knowledgable about the carpet they were working with.  I would reccommend to anyone.

We gave them a deposit of $748 and the total price was $11,748.70. When they were done, we only had to pay them $11,000 in the end. It's very beautiful, it's very dark, I don't know if it's dark mahogany or wall vet, it's absolutely gorgeous and it glows. They were late, short in the orders, they laughed telling you if they would be back on Sunday, we didn't go to church expecting them to come and they didn't come until the next week. I had to call on Monday to find out what happened then they told me they wouldn't be there until Wednesday. They came back Wednesday but they didn't have enough materials and we were held up waiting on that. I think if we had gone to another company, we could have got just a little bit better with a different floor type. It turns out that this is a very hard floor to take care of, it does not allow you to spill water or wash it with water. It's nothing water-based, you have to use oil and it marks easy. We were stranded for 3 to 4 days waiting for them to come back, they didn't call to say they weren't coming back on Sunday, it was Monday afternoon when I finally got a hold with somebody and they said it would be Wednesday before they came back which they did but when they're on our age, we felt displaced because we had to literally pack everything like we were moving out, put it all in the basement. We took it all downstairs ourselves and it took me a month to get everything back up again. The only good thing they did was they moved the big hard oak furniture and they didn't mess it up or anything, they even helped me put down soft pads to protect the flooring. I was kind of watching what they were doing so that I could take care of the floor and I was told to immediately go sit down somewhere. I felt that we didn't have the experience we were looking for for what they were advertising, you don't know what you're going to go through when they come. Maybe somebody else could have done a better job, quicker, more professional, more prompt, but I don't know that. Somebody else would probably have a better experience. We can't replace the floor, we don't have the money for that and we're not going to go through that again. This was just too much on my husband, he had trouble with his health and it really did a take on him so I told him this is a one time saying, that the floor will be the floor as it is, we'll be taking good care of it so that it will have at least some value when we pass away because he's 78 and I'm 72. Maybe they will be able to have some value in the house and that they would keep it.

Once we decided what we wanted to do CNJ was very quick in getting us a quote, and getting us scheduled for construction.
In about a week CNJ demolished the old closet, installed approximately 150 sq ft of ceramic tile, and custom built an entryway bench (including a beadboard back, custom bench with storage, custom shelves, hooks, and trim).
We are very happy with the way it turned out. CNJ was able to add some nice details that we hadn't even thought of when we spoke to them originally.
