During the initial visit, Pierce took the time to hear what I was looking for, answer questions I had, and also ask his own questions and make suggestions where relevant. From that point on he was always very accessible and happy to answer any of the (many) questions that I had throughout the process. The team was able to complete the work efficiently and with minimal disruption to my family or my neighbors. His team members were all great representatives of the company as well, providing quality work and thoughtful suggestions. The end product is such a massive upgrade over what we previously had - it looks amazing, and we're so glad we chose Pierce Shallis for this work. To top it all off, Pierce has been very helpful after the fact in making himself available to answer any maintenance questions and offer guidance where needed. I will definitely work with Pierce Shallis again for any future landscaping needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to revamp their landscaping.- Matthew A.

ADeckPro Surface SolutionsRandy is a great communicator and gave a thoughtful estimate, explaining his thinking when he first came out. They always made sure I knew when they were coming ahead of time, and then Ryan would also text when he arrived to do the work to again make sure I knew they were there. The work took a bit longer was a little more involved than initially predicted, and they made sure I knew what was happening. And they did good quality, sturdy work on two long-neglected aspects of the backyard. The deck has never looked so good, and the fence is in the best shape it's ever been in.- Adam Z.

They seem to be quite busy even during this global pandemic, so I had to schedule almost a month before. Nevertheless, once came, the job was accomplished pretty quickly as the crew took no more than a day to take the old fence down and put the new one up.
