    101 Mobility of Philadelphia
I called 101 Mobility due to its A rating on Angie's List and because they were bonded, licensed, and insured. I sent a message through Angie's List this morning at 8:20 am and received a phone call from Andrew less than an hour later to set up an appointment today due to an immediate need - Mom is being transported to our home 2 days from today. Andrew scheduled an appointment to measure our stairs between 1-2 pm today. He called en route, arriving at 1:15 pm. He measured our 2 staircases and unfortunately, due to the age of the house and the narrow staircases, and obstructive radiators, we were unable to have the stair lift installed tomorrow as scheduled. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking professional installation of a stair lift due to their: integrity, attention to detail, and most of all - courteous and prompt customer service.

    Mr. Contractor Inc
I cannot praise these guys enough or thank Ken enough. First I have to give you my background. My wife was paralyzed in an accident July 2014 and was left a quadriplegic. Our house was inaccessible as it had steps for entry, had narrow doors, and no bathroom that was wheel chair accessible.  Further, my wife had just come out of the ICU and expected 1 month of physical therapy before being sent home. We were desperate as our house would not accommodate her and every contractor told me they would need at least 2 months to get most of the work done which did not include the access ramp. I contacted Mr. Contractor, along with other contractors.  Ken from Mr. Contractor was the first one that appeared when he promised.  His quote was in line with the others but he promised me quality work that would make us happy.  He also added some upgraded suggestions but kept his price close to what the others quoted.  Shockingly, he promised to gut, remodel, and completely finish the work by the time she was discharged from the hospital.  I selected Mr. Contractor but was worried as other families in the hospital told me how it took 3 months just to get their bathroom completed much less an entire first floor which included a kitchen.  He also promised to move all the electric switches, widen the hallways and doors, and finally complete an access ramp. I'm happy to report they did everything they promised plus some extra things I requested like wiring for cable and other amenities. The ramp looks awesome and we get compliments from everyone that visits. My wife loves it and feels comfortable in the new house moving around in her wheelchair. I highly recommend these guys. Most important, we all make mistakes and when I pointed out theirs they never argued or made excuses. To quote Ken, "I'll get my guy over there by tomorrow and we'll make you happy." He always did!

    101 Mobility of Philadelphia
After getting estimates from 3 companies we chose 101 Mobility, and we are very glad that we did. Our project was complex -- two stairlifts, multiple curves in the rails, and a need to work around the placement of existing mobility aids (handrails and grab bars). Dave did the initial evaluation and generously came back to re-do that evaluation after we realized that we wanted to change the plan so as to keep the handrails on both sides of the stairs. Brian did a great job supervising the project from there, and Joe, Tyler, and the rest of the team did a very professional, painstaking, expert job on the installation. The Bruno rails and chairs are terrific, and thanks to the team's meticulous work we can't think of any way that they could have done a better job. They thought of (and addressed) details we had not even considered. These are very kind, thoughtful, and expert people. Curved stairlifts are very expensive, but what a value. Highly recommended!

I am extremely impressed! To make a long story short, my elevator was experiencing significant issues (shutting down, not responding to the call button, etc.) due to sloppy work/damage caused by other, unrelated contractors after the original install. My technician, Stephan, methodically trouble-shot the issue, obtained all of the necessary parts in one order and did what was necessary to correct the problem(s). He made it a point to explain what he was doing and why. I am thrilled to report that we have had zero issues since he did his work. He was prompt and arrived at the agreed time or let me know if he was delayed and when to expect him. Very few, if any, contractors/vendors demonstrate the level of professionalism that Stephan and the Mobility 1-2-3 team did. I could not be happier and recommend them without reservation.

    Koeck Associates, Inc
Steve offered the best price out of three companies who provide quotes. He provided excellent service from installation to demonstrating how to use the equipment. As it turned out, we did not need the stair lift past 7 months. Although Steve offered a 9 month prorated buy back, when he came and removed the equipment, he changed the purchase to a rental and refunded half of the price. Very honest and caring person. Highly recommend him and his associates.

It went very well. The owner was the one who came to assess our space and needs and was extremely helpful. The care workers were very nice and efficient.

    Freedom Access Homes
It looks great!  The company and Izzy, our Rep, worked with the Beverly City Relief Association within our budget confines. In addition, the lift was quickly installed. I will not hesitate to recommend Freedom Access Homes and you to anyone who makes an inquiry. Again, please accept our thanks for your assistance with this project.

    Paramount Living Aids, LLC
Zach Sarig arranged to visit us within a few days. He gave us the estimate and scheduled the installation within a few days. He and another technician arrived as scheduled and completed the installation within an hour. It worked perfectly. That evening we noticed two small issues - the arrangement of the power cord and the height of the seat. We called the following morning and Zach returned that afternoon and fixed both in about 15 minutes.

I have employed an aide for my mother for the last 3 months from care family. I have used other agencies in the past, but with Care Family, the website allows me to find potential aids who live in our area. We had a wonderful aide who traveled 45 to 60 minutes each way to get to my house. She took a job closer to her home because of the travel. Now we have an aide that lives within 5 miles of us. The overhead costs for the agency is lower than others I have used.
