  • Stay away from MATTS AUTO CARE! She (Karen Weidmann) has billed me for over $ 700 worth of work. Car has been sitting there for 3 months getting ruined from being parked under a berry tree. Karen said She was waiting for a part to come in which I paid for in advance, $200. Part was never ordered and work never done. She damaged my car and could not fix it. She claimed shipping on part delayed things, and was low on staff with one having surgery. So I gave her benefit of doubt and trusted her. She then proceeded and almost allowed my finance company to repossess the car. She informed them that I abandoned my vehicle. Stating that I abandoned it and had no communication in regards to the repairs on my vehicle. Any time I've had work done on a car they do the work and call when it's ready.... right?! I find this out because I contacted my Finance comp to make a payment. They said that would not be necessary bc they are sending someone to repossess it. I asked why... They stated Matts Auto said I abandoned it. I immediately sent her the text screen shots I had with Matts auto care showing me asking status of vehicle. She (Mrs. Weixmann) said it was my fault for not calling. Like I said I even paid for part in advance which is not typical. She said she received a $200 finders fee/ reward for disclosing the location of the car. She said the paperwork has been done on the repossession and refused to give me my car back. She lied to the finance company and myself. She also called the state police but claimed someone from Finance comp called. After talking to finance comp I find this is another lie. She said she gets finders fees/ rewards all the time for selling customers vehicles. So she basically charged a bogus $200 "for storage" in exchange for the car. Why would I keep paying car payments, car insurance and have repairs done on a car i abandoned?. I had my insurance company tow car to my home. Even he made a note on receipt about how bad car looks. Not only did she destroy the vehicle she almost destroyed my credit by saying i abandoned the car. I paid over $700 for repairs that were never done and had no car for over 3 months. Finance company reversed Repossession and ordered Matts Auto Care to Reimburse them the $200. I was able to get my car but It broke down within a few feet of driving home. This has been a horrible experience, do not use MATT'S AUTO CARE!

  • It could not have gone worse. The car was brought back to Winner 5 times after the repair. Finally got fed up after the fourth break down and had it towed to another dealership. The other dealership made an additional $1,100 of repairs that were a result of the horrible work performed by Winner. Avoid anything to do with the Winner auto group.

  • I think they are all over the place; it's a chain. It did not take long for the oil change, I waited for it. They left my auto clean, there was no problem. I first started using them five years ago.

  • I have been using this service provider for almost 2 years.  I found this company through AAA, when I had borrowed my brother's car. First of all, when I needed to have that car towed into their shop for repairs, there was no charge. Secondly, the repairs were done very quickly, and somewhat inexpensively! Since that time, I have been taking my "new to me" car there for regularly required maintenance! I have been very pleased with their work, and their patience in explaining to me what they were doing and why! I have never felt this good about any auto care company!  I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't know much about cars, other than where the gas goes into them!!! A "certified 5 smile" company.

  • I just moved to this state and about 1.5 miles away from this auto repair place.  Glad to see it listed on AL.  My malfunction light kept coming on and turning off.  They couldn't find anything wrong.  But they were fast, responsive, a great price and very friendly to deal with.  Hope for a long term " relationship".

  • Worked great, and I'll use them again since I have a car with a lot of miles on it. He checked it over, including making sure the hitch lights were working, topped off fluids and changed the oil. I didn't have any problems with the car or the trailer hitch on a long trip.

  • II called Coastal because my car wouldn't start. The tow truck arrived promptly, and towed my vehicle to the dealership in Milford for repair.  Both the office worker that took my call and the tow truch operator were friendly and courteous.  Together, they minimized what was otherwise an annoying experience.  I would use this company again without hesitation.

  • Was recommended by a neighbor.  Have an old (22 yrs) Lexus that needed Freon and the location of some sort of fluid leak.  CJ was honest with me about the age of my car and the possible expense of repair.  His mechanics repaired an oil leak which proved to be a simple task and added Freon to the air conditioner system.  He also told me that an expensive repair suggested by another auto service was not needed.  I have switched to C J's for all of the service on my old Lexus.

  • Well, I had been suffering with a slow leak on my truck tire for about 6 months. Not too much trouble, but not right. I called around for prices and they were all over the place, from $10 to 25. I decided to try Hazzard out on the reccomendation of a neighbor. They were great, explained all the possibilities and prices, and got right to it. 30 minutes later it was fixed, for the lowest amount, and has been fine ever since.
