They are wonderful facility. The prices are unreal. They are very reasonable and they provide high quality care. I still continue to use them.

You make an appointment in online. Sometimes you have to wait a week or two. If you have an emergency, you can take it in during certain hours. They are wonderful, they are very very good. The veterinarian is very good. I was concerned I wouldn't get the quality, but they are just excellent.

Wonderful. I will definitely do business with them again. My lovely Sweetie Pie may want a friend in a few years.

She acts fine, but the lump is concerning because they don’t know what it is. They take very good care of her. They are just very, very expensive, but vets here in general are extremely expensive. It’s not she is more expensive than anybody else. It’s just outrageous. I just think their pricing is high. It is really not the visits and everything and maybe it depends on the lab that they use. I know that one girl was saying that labs are very expensive, but they do the x-rays right there in the office, so I just thought that was high. I would never not go there because they are just awesome with animals. They just love animals and I love the vet herself, she is just wonderful. I just think the prices are really, really high. They get down on the floor and they are always very loving. The whole staff is wonderful there, not just the doctor, but everybody that she hires.

My dog was very happy there. He was well fed and his medications were given in the proper dosage at the proper time. The dog was happier with Janine than he was with the last person who watched him.

    WHALEYVILE ANIMAL HOSPITAL
My cat became very ill the previous night, after hours, so I took him to another clinic for after hours pet emergencies. I called Whaleyville Animal Hospital and they worked him in the next morning. They took him back right away and made him comfortable. I picked him up later that day, and he was feeling better. He's been seeing Dr. Tragle for 11 years, since he was a tiny kitten. I've been taking all my cats there, for over 20 years. He and his staff are compassionate, straightforward and always have the animal's best interest at heart. He's performed countless spay and neuters as well as other surgeries.  He removed a large cancerous tumor from another cat, and helped me make the best decisions for his care until the end. Between routine vaccinations and occasional illnesses and injuries, he's been professional, kind, and caring. Best of all, my cats adore him.

    MICHELLE'S PRETTY PAWS
My wife and I are the owners of a 7-year old all white standard poodle.  When our former groomer suddenly went out of business we used Angie's List for a reference and found Michelle's Pretty Paws with a good rating.  We visited, asked for and were given a tour of the grooming area, met with Michelle, and signed up for a visit.  The proprietor's daughter was assigned to groom our dog and has been the groomer ever since. Poodles have hair, not fur, (poodles don't shed like most other breeds), and it grows like human hair, so we  take her in every six weeks and usually pay $65 plus tip.   We make an appointment each time the dog is groomed, the service calls us a day or two beforehand as a reminder, and the groomer is always ready and expecting us at the selected time.  About a half-hour before she's ready to leave we receive a call to say the dog will be set for pickup. Our poodle is a pet, not  a show dog, so we have her hair cut in a sensible style.  We have never observed a razor burn or damage to one of her nails that have been clipped. So, all-in-all we give Michelle's Pretty Paws of Salisbury, Maryland an A and are glad to recommend the service to our neighbors.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, THE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT WAS OCCURRING WITH THE DOG AND EXPLAINED TO US A FEW THINGS THAT MAY BEEN DONE FOR HIM. IT WAS ALSO CONVENIENT THEY ALLOWED US TO DROP HIM OFF BEFORE WORK AND PICK HIM UP AFTER HIS X-RAYS.
