This so called Dr was the worse experience I have ever had! Save yourself the aggravation and seek care somewhere else!

I have had her as my primary for years. She is very thorough. It can take a couple of days to get an appointment with her but if you are willing to see one of the two nurse practitioners instead you can get in by the next day. They are both great also, and the office staff is very friendly.

My experience with them was super. They are very congenial, they talk to you. I took a stress test and I took an echocardiogram and they followed it up and tell you exactly what is going on. They were very good when I was in the hospital for two days. They came and talked to me and they followed up. They gave me an exercise programme two days a week. They take care of everything and let you know what is happening. They just did a great job overall.

On my first visit, I arrived 15 minutes early. I was greeted by the office staff, who checked over my paperwork. As with most doctors' offices, the initial visit required much paperwork on medical history and personal information. I was taken to the examination room on time, where the nurse took my vital signs and reviewed my current medications. Then the doctor entered, introduced himself, and began the examination. He asked many questions, and listened carefully to my answers. He also encouraged me to ask questions, and gave me answers I could understand. After complete review with the doctor and nurse, several further tests were prescribed, along with good explanations of why they were needed and what would happen depending upon the results. On subsequent visits, as my overall health declined due to both kidney and liver failure, the doctor prescribed injections to increase red blood cell production and thus give me more energy. At one point, an emergency transfusion was prescribed due to the buildup of toxins in the bloodstream. Eventually, the doctor educated me on dialysis which would be needed if I could not get an organ transplant, and he had a vein-mapping procedure performed as a preliminary precaution. Fortunately, I didn't have to start dialysis because transplant organs became available. After my transplants, the doctor followed up with monthly blood and urine testing to monitor the condition of my new kidney and quarterly visits for physical exams. Five years after the transplants, the monthly testing continues, and only two followup visits per year are required. The office staff provides me with the necessary testing orders and anti-rejection medication prescriptions as needed between visits. Over this period of time, I have been seen by three different doctors in the practice. All three have been excellent.

    Butler, Dr. Melinda E.
They're local. They're 3 miles from us. If we have something come up, they do try to get us in as soon as they can. We've been going to them since 1998. She takes time with us. If she needs to take 10 minutes with us, she'll take 10 minutes. If she needs to take 20 minutes or longer, that's fine. We can call them even if it's just to ask a quick question. They don't shove us up. Everybody's really friendly and they talk to us for a few minutes.

The doctor is excellent, they have a really excellent and friendly staff and very clean environment. They are very professional and get right to the point. It's no nonsense and it's kind of like visiting an old time family doctor. Whenever I have an appointment, I'm right in. The staff are great people and the doctor's bedside manner is super great.

    Howard, Dr. Paul E
I think he is very good. I have been using him for 14 years. He knows his business. He is very cordial and very nice. His bedside manner is good. He takes care of me pretty well. I would say he is a good ENT. He usually takes care of most people himself because he doesn't have that big of a staff.

When my old provider left me high and dry at 27 weeks pregnant dr French took me in, and gave me the best care I could ask for. Delivery was amazing and he didn't hesitate to tell me when something went wrong with the baby's heart rate.
