Nab did a great job for us. As we designed our project, he gave us good advice, but adjusted to our wishes. He used Waypoint cabinets to stay within our budget, with granite counters and porcelain tile floors. This was a gut job on a large kitchen, bath and laundry room. The cost did not include appliances, 3 light fixtures, or painting. Two layers of floor had to be torn up and replaced, as well as some water-damaged drywall. Nab and his contractor, Mike, started the project within a week of the expected day, and worked steadily until the project was done. Mike was here the most, and was obviously very competent. Nab was in regular touch with us, and frequently on site. They were both professional and meticulous. When cabinets arrived with flaws we couldn't even see, they were promptly sent back. Changes were handled with patience and good humor, even when that meant work had to be redone. Nab made several improvements to the original design, sometimes at his own expense. I will say that if you want an old-fashioned, standard toilet, you had better be prepared for a fight. Nab really thinks extended bowl, "comfort" height is the way to go. We did work out a compromise in the end. Beyond that, there are a few things we would do differently if we had to do them again, but these were mostly decisions we made on our own. Nab and Mike really tried to make sure we were happy. The granite and tile subcontractors also did a good job. The tile guy took a little poking before he finished the final cleanup, but the floor looks great. We would be happy to work with Design Solutions again.

The project went great! From start to finish, TerraSol was professional and knowledgeable. The project schedule was pretty much what they said it would be. The work they did was up to my very high standards. I couldn't be happier with my new system! It's great watching the meter "spin" backwards!

Pete was on time, professional, and efficient. Even thought the original job needed to be extended due to an unexpected (and unrelated!) electrical problem, Pete resolved the problem quickly. His fee was very reasonable.

Mike came to give an estimate and was able to meet a short timeline as I needed 2 electrical outlets installed before the plumber came to install the water heater. Elliott came and got the job done on time and did good work. Elliot was very professional.

We called Josh after an electrician from another company (Boulden Brothers) could not identify and solve the problem. Josh arrived on time and waited for me to come home from work. I found him very systematic and logical in his problem solving skills. He rapidly identified where the problem might be, corrected the issue and installed new fan. He is very professional in his attitude towards his work and customer interaction. Exceptional!

Went great, better than expected. The explanation of what to expect in terms of price, time and scope of work was straightforward. There was no mess because the electrician took the time to try and find alternative ways to run wiring without putting holes in the dry wall but they did prepare us in advance that some holes might be needed to run the new wires, which is normally expected with this type of work.

I had a receptacle blow out in the house, he came and removed it, rewired it and put it back in. I spent between $50 and $100. He did some pretty extensive work on the receptacle.  He's quick, he's good and he's inexpensive.

We worked with Robin (design) and Rich (build) from Bath Kitchen & Tile Center on our bathroom renovations. We already had an idea of what we wanted to do, and went to them to both confirm that what we wanted could be done, and to provide any addition design suggestions.
Robin was great at showing us all of the options that were available to us withing our budget ... where we could save, where we might splurge. She was also very helpful in getting information relayed to us at times when we didn't know what was going on as far as the actual renovation, fielding questions and passing along info that went beyond what her job entailed.
The Kitchen and Bath crew that we had for the demo and who put in the cabinets, fixtures and did some finishing work were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what we needed to do, if anything, once they left. They also found that our dryer vent, which ran under the bathtub in the hall bath, was venting directly into the space under the tub and not out of the house.
The one hiccup we had occurred once we started to run a bit behind schedule. The subcontractor who tiled the hall bath laid out a few tiles incorrectly and failed to leave the wiring for the in-floor heat accessible for the electrician. Once behind, it became a little difficult to know exactly when to expect a crew, and how long the projects would ultimately take. I don't mean to say it was impossible, it just required a few extra calls.
In the end, it took a couple extra weeks, but I would definitely use them again.

I found and reset the basement GFCI that serviced the garage. That was definitely a fix to my problem. Although they didn't do any physical work for me, I would definitely call them first if I need an electrician in the future. I highly respect that level of honesty and integrity.

Educational materials better than all companies researched.  Pricing was reasonable.

Punctuality and attention to detail along the way very good.  Administration of paperwork executed with a high degree of confidence.

Installation of 8kw Generac generator installed at the same time.  Installation was clean and effective.
