    My nine year old clothes dryer began making a loud squealing noise. I called a number of repair shops , but found them to be unable to help for a variety of reasons. Kelly appliance repair, however, was prompt and efficient, and repaired the problem as fast as I could have hoped. Also, Joe, the company technician, was courteous and informative. I can't imagine calling anyone else for any future repairs needed on my appliances.

    Terrible said they couldn't fix the problem. There are 2 many loopholes. In florida we had a home warranty paid less then what home choice warranty and they didnt try to scam us. Called to cancel policy and was hung up on or rudely put on hold mid sentence.

    The cost to repair out weighed the cost to replace. we opted to take the CHW cash offer since the washer was discontinued and had a history of failure. The cash offer didn't cover the full cost of a new washer but it was delivered on schedule and we were satisfied with the outcome.

    I was told that the motor was going bad and it would need a new motor. Two hours after the repair man left, I received a e-mail from Choice stating that I needed to call them. When I made the call, I was told that the washer wasn't worth a new motor and I would receive a check within thirty days which I did.

    Dun-rite Appliance Repair
    Jermaine with DUN-RITE has been completely unreliable. He came out through my warranty company to repair my washer & ice maker. He claimed he needed 2 people to fix the washer, but told the warranty company it was missing parts. They sent out Sears Appliance when I complained and one person fixed it in less than 10 minutes. On the ice maker, DUN_RITE made a simple repair but it still wasn’t working. The warranty company sent him out again to replace the ice maker this time. He came out and looked at it again and said the entire refrigerator would need to be replaced and he would let the warranty company know. Instead, he tells the warranty company he doesn’t know what’s wrong and send another contractor out. Now I have to have another appointment because Jermaine is either lying or incompetent. I’ve tried to contact DUN-RITE several times but he won’t return my calls or respond to text messages. BEWARE of this appliance repair company.

    We made our first claim on the December 27th (garage door). You could not find a technician but indicated that if we had one we could use him. Our technician made contact with you and indicated he was not available until after January 1st. We made our second claim on January 2nd (washing machine). You responded with a claim number and a technician on January 3rd and the work was completed on January 4th. This was excellent. Both claims were completed on the same day. Thank you.

    I have had this company out twice to service 2 different refrigerators. Making an appointment was easy. Nobody ever looks forward to this type of service because of the reputation of the business and the fact that most people are in no position to understand or scrutinize the described problem before given a repair scope & quote. I was pleasantly surprised by this company. The technician was on time, polite, respectful of my home and was careful about how he handled the appliances and the immediate area of my home while working. The price was fair considering that replacement parts for my brand is expensive (I looked it up) and the labor portion was appropriate. I would use them again without hesitation. Had an issue in August of 2016 with the prior repair; and they came out and took care of it right away. I stand by my original assessment.

    Mr. Nason was a true professional. He came over to our home to repair our Whirlpool Duet dryer several times. The reason for several trips was because of defective parts we received, not due to his lack of knowledge or experience. The dryer is working now and we are totally satisfied with Mr. Nason's repair. I would definitely rehire or recommend him to anyone.

    I first called his company and the lady who answered was very helpful and pleasant. Even though it was late in the day, she tried to see if Chris could come out that day,  As it was late, we needed to wait two days but I was fine with that. She told me Chris would call first thing on the morning, Chris came out to look at our stand up freezer which was not functioning properly.  He called to tell me he would be at my house in an hour, and showed up on time. Within 10 minutes, Chris diagnosed the problem and had it  fixed within another 1/2 hour at a very reasonable price- certainly much better than spending $700 for a new one,  I never felt he was trying to sell me parts or a service that was not needed.  Chris also gave us a few tips on how to keep the freezer running better. I would certainly feel comfortable using Chris again and highly recommend hi,
