    I rented the truck, drove it, loaded it and unloaded it. It was fine, the truck was in good shape. I had no mechanical issues, it was good. That is why I always use them, because they are really good.

    I had the rental for five days.  The staff is very personable.  The staff is very accommodating.  The rental process is not long and is only about twenty minutes.  The cars are clean.  The service is fast and friendly.

    The best way to sum it up is to use my wife's words:  The room was great, the food sucked.  We checked into the hotel on Friday night.  We had no problems checking into the room and had a nice meal at the bar/food area.  The meal was okay, but not worth 60+ for a family of 4.  I try to keep in mind that this is the DC area, but still...   We asked a housekeeper lady for additional towels (three are not enough for a family of four) and they were waiting for us on the door knob.  (Nice!) The next day (Saturday), saw housekeeping before leaving and asked them to ensure that they left at least 6 towels.  They did (Cool!) Sunday morning my kids (2 of them age 6 and 7) and I went down to eat breakfast while my wife slept in.  We went down and waited at a table for about 10 minutes.  During that time I noticed that there was one person working behind the counter taking orders and filling orders, getting drinks or making them, etc.  [They have a limited Starbucks.  NICE!!!]  And another person running from the back to the dining area bringing made to order meals out (Eggs, waffles, etc.)  After 10 minutes I asked the runner lady if she was going to take my order or if I had to go up.  She told me it is a walk up order system.  Friday night they took our order at the table.  So, I walked up and placed an order to two Starbucks drinks, two French toasts, two yogurts, one OJ, and one oatmeal.  I walked off with the OJ and yogurts.  About 8-10 minutes later the French toast came out.  Then the guy who took my order came up and said that my drinks would be right out.  He had to ask me what drinks I had ordered.  He brought my drinks out about 3 minutes later then he asked me if there was anything else that I was missing.  I told him my oatmeal.  (Sad).  He bought it out a few minutes later. Sunday evening (approx. 9pm)  I ordered two Edamame (steamed soy beans), a dozen wings and two drinks.  It cost me 40 bucks.  The Edamame is the worst I have ever seen or ate.  They were old and some of them had brownish coloring.   Oh, also they came with a CHINESE dipping sauce.  FAILURE!!!  (you don't serve Edamame with a sauce you sprinkle Sea Salt on them)  And the wings...  Really?  If I could attach a picture I would.  The simplest way to say this is that the meat was skimpy; sometimes the wings had no meat on half the bone.   Overall, the worst part of my experience was that the food was overpriced; management appears to be cheap in their food service area ONLY.    The staff and management in all other areas, from my view point, was great.

    It was terrible. The guy "Bill" was so bad that even though he was married and I was seeing someone asked me for a b*******. How unprofessional is that?

    Zero Stars...This guy just doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service.  Came out and looked at my rig.  Told me what it needed and approximate cost.  We scheduled the beginning of the repair for 3 weeks later.  He doesn't show up on the first day so I called him on the second day and he said that he couldn't get there because he had basically scheduled other customers so that they would have their campers before the holiday weekend.  At that point he states that he will be out Friday to start, Monday if it rains or if we're going out of town and I then let him know that I will have it in my pole building if it rains and he can work on it in there.  Thursday night I texted him to let him know it was in the pole building and rain would not be a problem, he calls me back and stated that since I didn't get back with him prior to then to let him know he scheduled other jobs for Friday and won't be there until Monday.  I'll take part of the blame for that one since the wires did get a little crossed, but then he doesn't show up first thing Monday and when I contact him he lets me know that he has a couple of small jobs to do and some parts to order and that he should be there by 10:00 or 11 he texts me and says that he'll be a little later so I simply texted him back to let him know that I was disappointed in the fact that we expected him first thing and he wasn't there.  At this point he calls me and tries to justify his incompetence by explaining that the other customers needed their campers before the holiday weekend and he need to order parts for the repairs that he started over the weekend and now he was in traffic and didn't know what time he would get there.  So I tried to get him to understand my frustration and at this point he tells me he's not sure he even wants to do the job because of all of the frustration I've caused him...He tells me he's going to keep driving towards my place and he'll let me know if he changes his mind.  About 1pm he texts me and states that he's now not going to do the job and that I need to take it to a dealer...Seriously, you keep me on the hook for a month when I could have been looking for someone else to do the repair and now your not going to do it because I logically questions why you were putting other customers in front of me when you scheduled my job prior to theirs?  Do not use this guy.  If you do it will only add to your frustration and he may not even fix your rig.
