    the Move-In team llc
Franklin and his team were great! They arrived early and had the entire truck packed on schedule. They handled all challenges well, including removing and reinstalling an outside door to get the piano out of the house. Once at the destination they had everything moved in efficiently and safely. They even went above and beyond and moved a second piano out of the destination house in addition to the first piano. We would definitely work with the Move-in team again.

    Let's Go Moving Co
Very smooth transition. Movers were very professional, polite and accommodating. Arrived promptly and were very patient with me through it all. My move was already stressful due to my career schedule and being a single parent of 3 daughters but this company worked with me financially to fit my budget and provided excellent service as well.

    Moving With Champ LLC.
Very well, the movers arrived on time and ready to work. They handled my valuables items safely and professionally. Additional to that the men were proper, kind, and respectful to me and my personal items. I would most definitely use them again and refer them to anyone in the need of moving services!

    Mahwah Movers LLC
The guys called us when they were within 15 minutes of the home to let us know to prepare for their arrival.  They came in secured mattreses that were on the beds; broke down the beds; as well as put the beds exactly where we wanted them in our Delaware home.  We even had them to move our shed which was located in the back yard of the old home, and set up properly, where we wanted it, in the new home.   All furniture was placed in the designated areas we had set out in our new home.  The only things we had to do was put linen and covers on the three beds, and put pictures back on the dressers.

We were so impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of Mahwah, that we recommended them for our children to use for their move from the Bronx, New York, to Long Island.

I cannot remember exact price but it should be right around the ballpark.
For the estimate, after seeing our things, I was told 2 hours. She could not foresee it exceeding 3 hours
The whole process actually took 4 hours
2 people came in with a U-Haul truck which Iwa told was "free". Let us call them Mover A and Mover B.
Right at the beginning. it was obvious that they did not have a system at all.
They argued with each other constantly on how to do things. It was really taking too long. MOver B was contantly checking his phone and texting.
After a while, I noticed that ONLY Mover A kept going back and forth.
I then saw Mover B (30 minutes into the job) sitting by the stairs and talking on the phone.
I was paying hourly. He stayed on his phone for 25 minutes.(started timing from the moment I caught him)
I asked Mover A, what the h*** is Mover B doing? He just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that I would let their boss know.
I tried calling the owners to report this. I wanted them to reprimand their own employee.I  couldn't get hold of them.
My relative, displeased with the slowness of how things are going on, decided to help out.
He (relative of client) helped Mover A lift heavy furniture from our apartment unit into their U-Haul truck.
They were passing by Mover B by the narrow stairs to go down to their truck and load.
They passed him back and forth at least 5 times, with really heavy stuff
It was virtually impossible that Mover B did not see them.
He did not put down his phone. He did not help out at all.
As I was told by the owners to call for any problems.
I had frantically called them repeatedly with no success and left several voice messages.
Finally, it took them 2 hours 45 mins to call me back.
When I was talking to owner, I told him about my unhappiness with Mover B. I asked him if he was a new employee, he said "we've had him for a while." Owner was not apologetic at all. I never heard the word "sorry." He just chuckled at my story and told me he would handle it. He did not physically come to the site to rectify the situation.
I have no idea if the owner actually talked to Mover B through the phone.  But even after I talked to the owner, Mover B would again have frequent cigarette breaks and phone call breaks every so often  (5-7 minutes in duration each) as they were loading furniture up the stairs. This is while Mover A kept on going.
I decided to end the day even if the move is just 90% complete because it was already 4 hours and I did not want to pay more for this. We moved the remaining things ourselves.
In fairness to them. Mover A was superb. Mover B was just unprofessional. They both did work hard and looked tired carrying our heavy furniture.. but that is their job. We did give them time to catch their breath and constantly gave them fluids to rehydrate.
I would have to admit, that they have the lowest price in the area and they did give me a "free truck" (I also tipped generously to compensate). No matter how much a customer pays, you should do your job well and not make us feel we got what we paid for.
I know that a single employee cannot represent the whole company, but I was also dispapointed abot how the owners responded to me and how long it took to hear from them despite reassuring me they would be available. They should have made sure that there is compatibility and teamwork before they send 2 random employees to a job together. Employees should be taught "workplace etiquette" and develop an effective system to do things. Personal calls should be within reason
This is a job that should have took 2 hours. It took double the amount of time despite us(clients) moving a lot of stuff ourselves
I graded 'D" instead of "F" only because superb Mover A pushed their grade up.

DISREGARD REVIEWS DATED EARLIER THAN DECEMBER  2014!!! I contacted Two Men and a Truck after agonizing over a series of horrible reviews on the internet , because they were the only local company who could fit me in to their schedule. An articulate and professional representative came to the house to give us a quote. Charles Black was MORE than up to the task of overcoming the bad reviews and selling us on the  company. He assured us that corporate had attended to the local franchise problem and that I should be seeing only good reports from December 2014 forward. He was correct."We get it." he saiid to my wife. "We're walking into your lives here. I promise, we will take care of it. All you have to do is relax." These guys were amazing.. Corporate has fixed what was broken in the Dover franchise. Hard working crew of three, Mike, Zach and Dale, arrived early, on a misty rainy day. Everything was completely blanketed and shrink wrapped. They put down floor protection and came to us immediately with any scuffs or concerns that they had over what they saw on our furniture, before they moved it an inch. Our overwhelming concern was a large modular set of fine cherry Amish custom-built office furniture, that interlocked like a puzzle. It was being moved to a second floor location via  a landing,  15 stairs and around a tight right angle turn.  The entire set of 8 pieces made it safely to its new home despite the rain and the complexity of the move! A piano, breakfront, curio, dining table, entertainment center.... and even a large safe were also delivered safely. We were visited by a rep from the office two hours into the job, making sure it was proceeding to our expectations. There was a follow up call requesting our feedback 2 hours after they left. Definitely use this company for your next move.

We needed help to move items from a Uhaul trailer into our storage unit.  Kyle and his assistant arrived on time and performed professionally.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I used Two Men and a Truck for a local move.  I actually got three men with the addition of a trainee.  It was very hot that day but the three men worked quickly and carefully to remove my belongings from a second floor apartment to a single story house.  They arrived on time and worked without stopping for 4 hours.  Nothing was damaged in the move and the leader had me check the truck with him to make sure nothing was left behind, something no other movers had ever suggested.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did no packing.  It took 9 hours to get the job done and they presented me with a bill for another $999.50.  When they were finished there was a hole in the wall in the apartment I moved out of (that had not been there before) and a 10k gold Longines wrist watch that I've had since 1957 is missing along with all of my stereo/video equipment.
I stopped payment on the check the next morning.
The company refuses to discuss the charges or missing property until I pay them for the check plus a $35 bank fee.  I have refused to do this because of the missing items, the damage to the wall in my former apartment which I will have to pay for ($40), and the outrageous charges.
They have, on several occasions, threatened me with arrest.
If I ever move again I'll be better off hiring some homeless guys from a shelter than using these THIEVES!!
