AWESOME JOB!!!!! Anthony's Remodeling did a awesome job!! I called Anthony to inquire about a estimate and received a call back the same day. The other contractors I called, never returned my calls. He scheduled the estimate the next day and started the same week. He did a excellent job, his pricing was less than we expected. He offered a military and senior discount. He explained everything in detail to me which meant a lot and his demeanor shows he cares about his customers. His work ethic is impeccable. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and sooner than we expected. I am more than PLEASED with the work performed and am definitely using for other projects I need completed in the next few weeks. Thank you for your service. It was a pleasure working with you and your team. I am definitely calling Anthony's Remodeling for everything I need in the future. Thank you so much.

We compared materials and prices from several local big box and flooring stores as well as on line. Airbase Carpet Mart had the best selection, good quality and good price. The sales rep who helped us was informative and helpful.  We had them measure, which was a free service, and ordered flooring based on their measurements.  We had our own contractor do the installation.  The only slightly negative is that there was 1 1/2 cases of flloring left over, which was not returnable because it was custom ordered.

At the time of initial contact and during the walk through to gather the scope of work for the estimate, attention was given to the work needing to be done, the most economical way to complete the work and the identification of any issues that could complicate the job or make it more time consuming/costly. After identification of any potential complicating issues, solutions were discussed to make the work cost effective but achieve the desired result. The attention given by the owner and the carpenters is appreciated. The hardwood floor installation required many initial cuts due to the configuration of the room. The carpenters made the cuts with precision and ensured each length of flooring fit well before proceeding, resulting in a very pleasing finished flooring product. While some of the work might be considered routine, e.g., replacing a door or window, in places it did involve the contractor needing to re-create molding no longer available for purchase off the shelf. The made on-site molding matches the original so very well. Another window required new framing along with hardwood interior facing, these requiring many mitered cuts. Perhaps not unusual, but the fit of the final project is impressive. My projects were not only completed, but completed well. After completion of the initial contracted work, I added a few small projects, as I was very pleased with the work performed, communication over the course of the initial project and the honesty of the owner and his team.

I am extremely pleased with the work done. Not only was it done quickly and at an affordable price but this provider went out of his way to help me make decisions and picked up materials to expedite the time frame. I have already hired this provider to install hardwood floors, paint, electrical, lighting, and install new exterior windows. I called other providers who didn't show up or were triple the cost. I'm so happy I found this provider. He has a great work ethic and is more reasonable than anyone I have called in the past. Thank you.

He's the best. He actually does work for some big box companies. He's very reasonable. He's a man of his words. He comes and explains things to you what he does, what he doesn't do, what will work for you, what won't work for you. When I ask questions, he has the right answers and everything so I think he's very good. He's quite familiar with all his jobs and he does top quality work.

Another great subcontractor thru Lowes in Dover DE.  He and his crew had to move out all my appliances to install vinyl sheet flooring over an existing damaged vinyl.  They came in with dropcloths,  pieces of plywood to protect floors, etc.  He (the boss) used appropriate leveling compound, did a very careful job of prepping for the cementing, cutting,  etc.  My kitchen was somewhat of a nightmare (small, difficult to work in) but everything was put in place, including toekicks,  & quarter-round molding, with no problem.  Cleanup was carefully and thoroughly done.  He made sure when re-positioning the gas stove that the hook-up had no leaks (soapy water, no bubbles test) very reassuring.  Even positioned the edges of the vinyl under the dishwasher location in such a manner that even if there were water leakage, no damage would occur to underlayment plywood.  No shortcuts taken.
    Smart installer, happy happy homeowners.

Installer was a regular sub contractor for Air Base, but they were courtesy and showed on time.  When telling them that we were out of state and leaving the next day, they put extra effort in finishing up in one day.  In all my experience was a great one with Air Base Carpet.  Very professional, timely, and will definitely use them again.  I don't normally leave feedback on companies, but they have earned my respect as a great company.

Agreement; new countertops, cabinets, flooring paint and misc. to include the removal of a 6' wall, add chair rail and crown moulding, The manager,John agreed to remove old cabinets for me to give to my son. They removed them with sledge hammers. I didn't know what all that noise was until I seen the pile of busted wood. They said they weren't told to remove them to save. I told John but I didn't make a big deal of it. Moving on, when the cabinets arrived instead of base cabs for one side there was wall cabs.  They had the wall marked to install them when Istopped them.  They re-ordered the correct cabs.(minor problem). We ordered an  island with an extension to use as a breakfast table. It came without the extension and I let John talk me into accepting it. My first mistake! When installing the corian backsplash on the counter they used clear RTV.They left a gap of at least 1/8 in.. It had to be removed, planed down and properly attached. I told my wife It's time I watch all they do.When installing the floor tile they didn't jamb cut the door frames, they just square cut and angle cut the tiles and used caulk. They also cut tiles in half and INSTALLED them like that. I had to insist those tiles be replaced. The cabinet base frames were box-cut and installed that way. They had to be removed and mitre cut. I was assured they would run the microwave vent into the attic and out the soffet. They put it through my corner cabinet.  In their defense, I didn't see any other way of doing it. They mounted a base cabinet over a floor vent and I found this out later when I noticed the counter top was hot along with      everything in the cabinet. My son fixed it.They installed shoe moulding on top of a floor vent and a piece of drywall. They were ready to caulk the 3/16th in. gap when I had them remove it and found the piece of drywall holding it up. You cant imagine how bad the 4x4 backsplash tile was installed. It was not lined up,had a chipped tile and tiles were sunk in or out past other tiles. (oh yes, I have pictures.) They had to remove the tile and start over. The stove was installed and could not be pushed to within two inches of the wall. The large plug was in the way.  They came back and put an 18" cord on it. It could now be pushed to the wall but couldn't be pulled out. They connected the wire by crawling on the counter and getting behind the stove. They (electricians) seemed mad when I said I need to be able to pull the stove out. Their response "What for?"  It had to be corrected after I talked to the owner..  About a week after I paid them I noticed the stove  vent was not venting. I decided not to call them but to check it myself. When I went to the garage to lower the attic steps I found the steps busted and one step board missing. I managed to get to the attic and this is what I found. Someone had put an oil-soaked piece of plywood in the attic to walk/crawl on and left it there. What a fire hazard. Insulation was strewn around. I called the owner and he had the board removed and the     insulation placed. I showed him the broken steps and he accepted responsibility. After a few weeks I contacted him and he set up an appointment with me, at my house for 1pm on 28 Dec. He never showed nor did he call. Since then I have repaired the pull down steps. It should be noted that during the ongoing work I called and had two different appointments with John. He never showed for either one. When I asked him why he said oh yeah, I forgot..  There are things still wrong but I will not call them again. I have pictures of all that I mentioned except the busted cabinets.   Thank you.
