    There was a $500 deductible.? I just left there approximately 2 hours ago. I was there at 9:00 this morning for the same issue with my car and they have my car right now.? I just talked to general manager.? He basically wants me to give him good ratings because they've had a change in management.? My car went in right after the accident, on the same day of the accident, on May 6, 2017 and I just got my car back on 9/11 about 2 and a half weeks a go.? I was livid.? I've been going round and round with them for months. I've written my insurance company. I've written them all kinds of emails. Long story short again, they had a change in management there, in particular with the body shop manager I was dealing with.? The body shop manager I was dealing with, he got fired.? This was how bad this whole situation got because I got everybody I could involved in this.? I got my insurance provider involved.? The manager was a total jerk.? Unfortunately, I would use them again, my car is up there now.? For me to try to use another Hyundai.dealer, I would have to travel about 50 or 42 miles away.

    Both vehicles received the remote starts however; the systems chosen were not the ones installed on both vehicles. One received the correct remote however; the other did not. Also, the owner gave no explaination on how to operate the system with the exception of how to start it. We did know (until reading the manual) the car can run for 12, 24, or 60 minutes. The installer had not informed us of long he had programmed the vehicles to run before automatically shutting off. We also did know that we had a shut off button nor do we know where it's located to this day. When i called the installer to discuss these concerns, his attitude was poor, he was seemingly bothered by my call, and he made it to out to my problem, not his. We will never buy nor refer anyone to this shop.

    They did a great job. They took me in in an emergency situation and it worked out. I had some kind of an emergency situation several years ago. They put me in their schedule and I waited for 3 hours. The workers were great. I contacted the service provider and he was very professional, responsive and prompt.

    Made an appointment to get an oil change.  They did the change but rotated my tires which I did not ask for. In addition they missed the idiot light on the dash that says the air bags were not working.

    They had my car for six (6) months. When I picked the car up it was 1375.00 to do what they did. I picked the car up on Friday the car would not start on Minday. When it was towed back I was told what the issues were but was not offered to have them repaired. I would not go back again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    I will only take my care to Willis. They do oil changes and service. Its a Ford car dealership. I have my car service every three months. It didn't even take them an hour. They had excellent customer service. That's where I bought the car and they've just always provided excellent service. I will absolutely use them again.

    I've used this service station before with my fleet vehicles. This time I had an issue with my own personal vehicle. The service provided was no less than outstanding. Work was professionally done, on time and on budget!

    They were very responsive. the owner talked to us and walked us through everything that needed to be done. Gave us a break down of what was urgent and what needed to be done and what was not urgent. High quality good people. They were good.

    I called Wendy, told her of our situation, and she delivered, she found us the best deal on a pump and delivered the car to us with time to spare.
    The Camden Wyoming garage is a Mom and Pop operation. I began using them some years ago, they are stand up people. You can count on Wendy to and quot;ownand quot; your problem as they have, in my experience, always put the customer first. You will get service that you won't get at the large chain repair facilitiy or a dealership. They work very hard to get it right the first time.

    I saw that the maintenance schedule called for changing the fuel filter, which is in the gas tank. They advised against changing it unless I was having trouble with the engine, which I was not. I had to return after driving home because the oil filter was dripping oil, very obviously, and the tire pressure was 5 lbs. low in all of the tires that had been rotated. To their credit, they took the car back into the shop immediately and called me in about 40 mins. later to witness the car wasn't leaking oil anymore. I was told the car had been on the lift with the engine running for 25 mins., which seems excessive.
