They did a wonderful job and a very reasonable price. The service was fast and efficient. The crew was wonderful and finished the job quickly and cleaned up so it looked like they were never there. Would definitely hire them again.

The workmanship was good. There are no leaks on the roofs. This issues: They were supposed to remove the old tar paper and inspect the plywood underneath. I noticed the tar paper had not been removed but the installers were already applying new shingles. When I asked the boss if he inspected the roof, he essentially stated everything was fine and didn't need to be replaced. I felt they should have looked for issues as we agreed upon. Lowe's didn't notify me when there would be a delivery and the installers didn't notify me when they would arrive. I also felt there was some stealing of my extra materials on the job site as well. When I presented these issues to the installers and Lowe's they both said they were 100% in the right and there were no issues.

Called the establishment to schedule an estimate.  The person who answered my call was very helpful and professional.  Took all my information and told me that they would call me back with an estimate.  Didn't hear from them for three days so I called back, actually had to call back two more times before I finally got a hold of someone.  Again, the person on the other line was very helpful, professional and apologetic.  Apparently, they are very busy.  But she promised that they would get me an estimate within the next few days.  That was 6 days ago.  No estimate, no phone call.  Now I consider myself a fairly patient consumer, and am understanding of circumstances that arise.  However, it is beyond my understanding how this establishment cannot make a simple phone call to at least apologize for the delay and give me a update on when an estimate can be expected.   Had they made that simple phone call, I would not be writing this review.
I called Ocean Waves yesterday, they sent someone out the same day, emailed me a very reasonable estimate and am scheduled for a gutter cleaning next week.  Who knows, these gutter guys might do awesome work, but if you need someone to actually come and clean your gutters in any reasonable amount of time,  I'd recommend Ocean Waves

We were out of town during Hurricane Sandy, when we arrived home it was very obvious that everything was still leaking that had leaked originally before the work was done.  I called Bob and he said that he would come later that week when it was raining again(this time for a Noreaster) so he could see where the leaks were coming from.   He came back and of course ALL 6 windows were leaking badly and the fire place was soaking wet all the way around in the attic and leaking on the plywood floor and downstairs in the family room.  He then proceeded to tell me that my windows were "defective" and that's why they leaked and the fireplace brick was "defective" and he thought he saw cracks at the top of the chimney when on the roof.  Really?  Then why was he working on the flashing?  Why didn't he mention it when up there?
He came back after we contacted him again and brought a tube of caulk(no kidding) and spent 2 hours squirting a little caulk in the inside of the windows the whole time telling me it was defective windows fault.  Really, why didn't he tell us that in the beginning?
While he was there I was pointing out all the places around the windows where daylight was shining through between the window and the wood frame.  I said "wouldn't the rain be coming in around all the gaps left around the windows?  He insisted that those weren't really gaps the windows were sealed.   If I can see sun coming through the gaps, then water certainly can come through obviously.
Bob basically kept saying we have defective windows and chimney and we need to hire someone to fix those things.  Unfortunately for us, we did hire someone to "fix those things" --
Not only are the leaks not fixed, everything is leaking MUCH MUCH worse than before.  One of the windows is actually now broken between where the arched portion attaches to the square bottom portion- which wasn't broken before and that is now leaking. AND there is a new leak in the roof a few feet from the fireplace where they put nails in the roof for boards to stand on and that leak came through the 24ft high ceiling into the family room.
Not only do we still have to get the leaks fixed, but now have more water damage, a broken window and a new roof leak.
I have taken videos of the leaks and will provide a link once I've uploaded to Youtube, hopefully soon.

I saw a truck at a nearby residence and called the number.  A sales person came to my house, explained the process, showed me pictures of the product and its installation on other roofs, quoted the price, and arranged an installation date.  The installers came as agreed upon., quickly and efficiently installed the product, cleaned up and left.  Installers were professional and courteous.

He does outstanding work. The price was reasonable. He had to do a lot of trimming to get the door in because there wasn't a door there. He was on time and he was here anytime he said he would be. He was a true guy in all aspects. I used to be a contractor so I am pretty particular. He was outstanding and I would definitely use him again. I am 73 and I got out of it. Another company recommended him.

I had an estimate done by Gutter Guys on 11/6 and they explained that the were running about 2-3 weeks behind, which was fine with me.  They provided me with an accurate estimate which was their minimal charge due to the distance from Milford to Dagsboro.  They called the week before they came and scheduled an appointment the following Monday between 12 and 2 pm.  The day of the appointment I called the office to get a more exact time and the foreman returned my call to let me know he had been held up on another job and was running about 20 minutes late.  He was very apologetic as well as professional.  When they arrived, my dogs were barking and unruly so I was unable to stay outside while they worked.  They finished the job in about 10-15 minutes and it looked wonderful!

I had seen the Gutter Guys truck in the neighborhood.  I checked on Angie's List for gutter/gutter guard companies.  The referral seemed to me to be a good one.  I called the company.  A salesman came out and explained all that would be involved (down to every detail) with photos.  Quoted me a price (which seemed high to me but I really hadn't compared with other companies) of just over $1900. which could be paid in 4 equal payments without interest.  The office called and arranged a date to begin the work and mentioned that the date would have to be flexible depending on the weather.  The workers appeared within the 8:30-l0:30 time quoted (although rain was threatening) and completed most of the work.  After two hours, they left saying that the would return the next day.  The office called to schedule the rest of the job after I had left a message saying that Friday would be better than Thursday for me.  On Friday the same senario occurred except that the job was completed.  I gave the worker a check for 1/4 of the cost, and they were on their way. After the first day, the mess was mostly cleaned up except in the dog's pen.  I cleaned that myself, but it was no inconvenience.  I can't comment on the quality of the work for certain because time will tell after the winter has passed.
