ADelaware m& S were very cost effective and flexible with our first move downstate. They even transferred items from another property to the final location on the day of move. They stored our extra items including a piano for a year until our daughter and family moved to a larger house. When it was time to move those items the same people were there to help us. They remembered us and were flexible in delivering the second move. We did have a problem with the pedals on the piano after the final move, but they were extremely responsive in coordinating their claims person to come out quickly and resolve the issue. Couldn't be more pleased. They really value their customers!
