AWhen I was searching for a roofer my neighbor told me about Tycos, and gave me their card/info. I called and was promptly greeted very professionally by Clayton, he then set up a time for Shawn (Sean) to come out and take measurements and go over product details.
Sean was on time, and very detailed. I felt very comfortable with him, and thought based on everything we discussed this project was going to cost a ton, but i was so happy to find out that the price was what i thought more then fair.
The morning of install they guys and crew leader Sergio were amazing. They took the time to put tarps around my bushes, and flowers, and also did a great job cleaning up along the way.
The roof I got looks amazing. I pick a GAF 50 year roofing system, and I love the color which I picked is called Hickory, it made my house look so much better.
I would call, recomend, and refer Tycos 10 out of 10 times.

BI took advantage of the Angie List deal for a chimney sweep & inspection since I was moving into a new home. The original date that I had scheduled, the provider did not call and did not show. I called the provider and the representative said that they missed my appointment and she rescheduled me for another appointment for 2 weeks. Well when the second appointment came up, I got a call from another representative that one of the trucks broke down and they needed to reschedule me again. So after another two week, they came to the house.
As for the service, they did a good job doing the chimney sweep and inspection. The one representative told me what was good with my chimney and what needed to be fixed, but wasn't too pushy with me on getting it repaired, which i liked. He gave me the quote and told me that if I needed the repairs done, that they would do it for the price they estimated. Other than the scheduling fiasco, it was a good deal and Colonial performed a good service.

AWe had a bit of a communication problem but worked it out. He went out of his way to find some out of production shingles that would match my roof. Of the 3 estimates I got he was the only one who noticed that the chimney needed work and suggested that I didn't need the complete roof replaced at this time. I was very happy with this company
