    Amazing!!! We would highly recommend RPM!!! In fact, we have used 2 other companies over the last 10 years but will NEVER be leaving this one!!! They are truly the best...professional, efficient, personable, and do fantastic work at very fair prices. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and truly care for people and their homes. We finally found someone who does what they say they will do and does it amazingly well!! Just call them!

    We decided to proceed with painting for one of the 3 rooms we had the initial estimate for. Betsy was on time and super responsive via text in the very beginning, then after we gave her the $400 deposit and key to our house it all went downhill. We had already painted one of the rooms in our house that touches the room we needed painted the same color (open floor plan) so it was important that the paint match exactly. We used high quality paint and it only took us one coat since we were covering a lighter color, with a few touchups needed as we went along. We told Betsy this, but she insisted on 2 coats anyways, likely to make more money. She also really wanted to use Sherwin Williams paint, "because it's right down the street". She also came prepared with a tons of samples of paints from SW and wanted to try to match our Olympic paint with SW. We told her no since the rooms touch and the paint needs to match. I told her for the room we already painted we mixed an Olympic color with the ~$44 Valspar paint/primer at Lowe's. She texts me supposedly from Lowe's "U must have put that in Sherwin Williams then because Olympic only goes to $23.98 per gallon. I am picking up paint right now at Lowe's. Only Sherwin Williams goes to $44.98 per gallon with an added $5.00 for the eggshell finish" FALSE: [*** Link removed ***] So only two explanations for this: 1. She wasn't at Lowe's and instead went to SW like she wanted to in the beginning 2. She is incompetent at an easy task like picking out paint Neither are great, and it was a silly thing to try to tell us since we had JUST gotten the paint at Lowe's so clearly we knew what the price was. I text her back saying we wanted it in Valspar and her response was "Well it's in SW now". No apology, just a text saying she doesn't really care (see: "well"). I then get to thinking about the 2 coats she's insisting on and ask her if we "only did one coat and you're doing two coats isn't there a chance t's going to look different?" She replies "Should be fine." That's far from reassuring and again doesn't really show any regard for what we're telling her we want (one coat), so I ask her "If it's not [fine] will you paint a 2nd coat on the other room for free?" I felt this was a fair request since she's insisting on us paying more for two coats and can't even give me a definite 'yes, the colors will match'. She responds with "Nope, but you can". Unbelievable. The most unprofessional person I have ever met. Even if she felt she was completely in the right (she wasn't), that's not how you talk to a client that is clearly nervous about your services. She is so flippant it hurts. So, we canceled her services and asked for our key and deposit back. At this point she suddenly became super unresponsive, go figure!! She said on Sunday the 19th that she put my key in the mail (definitely don't want my key to my house in the mail where it can be stolen! But of course she didn't ask if I wanted to come pick it up instead, just sent it without asking. Who knows if she even sent it to the right address because she didn't verify). She also said she would send me a check for my money back when my check clears. Well, the funds were taken out of my account on the 15 and every bank I've ever had will clear a check deposit in 2 business days so it should have been in her account on the 17th. I tell her this and ask how many days her bank takes to clear checks. Rather than answer me, she sent me 3 photos of the Sherwin Williams paint she bought for our project... with no text. Just 3 photos of paint for a job we aren't moving forward with. Then she doesn't respond to my question about the bank until I text her a few more times. Literally never experienced something so insane from a business. I then asked later on Sunday if she was charging me for the paint she bought (she shouldn't be since she bought the wrong paint anyways!) so I could come pick it up if so. No response. It's Tuesday now and still no response. No refund. No response to my text today about the refund. At this point I'm pretty sure she just stole $400 from me, but I'll update this review if she ever sends me my money. Would not recommend...

    I met with Annamarie in November who gave me a very reasonable estimate. I had received another much higher estimate from my local handyman. We scheduled the work to be done in early January which suited both of our schedules.

    The team was actually able to start a month ahead of the originally scheduled time and completed the project within the stated period. I truly appreciate the attention to detail -- Dennis and his team saw to every nook and cranny. Neighbors and passers-by have been quite impressed as well. I should also add that they were meticulous about retrieving every bit of construction trash and did not encroach on anyone else's property--very important around this crowded beach area.

    Charlie, Mary and the crew were all very professional and the job was completed promptly. The work product was top notch. They arrived on time and set right to work. They protected all the furnishings and flooring with plastic and drop clothes. There was no damage or spills. The clean up was wonderful. He used quality paint that includes a 2 year guarantee against any product failure. There was one trouble spot on the ceiling that needed extra attention, When I told Charlie, he promptly returned and redid the area. We are so pleased with his workmanship that we are having him come back to paint the outside of our house this fall.

    Annamarie was fantastic! I received two other quotes and her price was more competitive than the rest. Annamarie met me at our house to discuss the scope of the project. She was extremely knowledgeable about painting at the beach and recommended adding an anti-mold mixture to the paint because of the extreme humidity. Annamarie arrived on time, and finished early. Every time I reached out to her she was prompt in returning my calls. (I can't say that for a lot of vendors at the beach). I wouldn't hesitate in hiring her again in the future. Annamarie really cares about her work and her customers.

    We were pretty confident after we interviewed Mr. Roberts for the work we needed done and he and his crew did not disappoint.  Workmanship was timely, and professional.  Work areas were draped for sanding and painting and clean up was impeccable. Received a detailed invoice with all receipts for material purchased. it was a pleasure to work with their firm.

    The own of Snow's Painting was very professional and gave us a very competitive bid to do the work.  There were some delays due to rain but, all and all, the job was completed promptly and the work product was top notch.  The exterior was very well prepared and areas of rotten wood were replaced before painting.  I was very happy with the work done.

    Wayne from Grout Fix was on time & extremely knowledgeable about the seepage we were experiencing, as well as mildew build up along the seams. He was extremely professional & reassuring in that the problems would be fixed. Both Wayne & Scott were outstanding in the work that was done.
