Sparkling image did a wonderful job. They replaced the gutters guards and installed a separator in between my house and a neighbors. Also, they power washed the house. They are professional, knowledge, and very efficient when they work. 6 months later, house still looks wonderful and no issues with the gutters overflowing. I've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. In addition to recommending them to friends and family.

PJ Fitzpatrick is very professional and responsive. Our tech was actually able to arrive early. He was able to use the flashing that we saved and did an excellent repair. He also checked for any other loose sections. We would definitely hire them again!

Ugh, the dreaded leaky roof. The inspector from Paddy's came out and climbed into our attic and onto our roof one extremely hot July day. He returned with a bunch of photos to show us the condition of things; not good. Three holes which they could repair, plus some issues with our ridge vent, and indication of possible nest building. They did not recommend the repair, but left it as an option, as our roof was over 20 years old and the shingles were not for our type of climate (builder grade quickie). So Charlie (everyone wants Charlie as their dad or grandpop) came by to review our options within a few hours. He explained the type of 50 year roof called "fire and ice" by GAF which his company installs which is designed for our type of irregular and changing weather conditions over the seasons. He did not pressure me as I couldn't make that big a decision on the spot. His price was fair, and we really liked his office staff (very friendly and polite), and were hopeful that his installers were just as good. I visited the office unexpectedly and it was clean and together. So the next day we contracted him and we were able to schedule within a few days, which was great because hubby was not happy emptying buckets from the attic after it rained. The crew and trucks arrived by 7am on what was scheduled to be a 100 degree July day! The process of removing the roof was amazing. They used large tarps to cover my home to prevent damage to the siding windows. They quickly removed the debris as it was being pulled from the roof. Our roof is large, but Charlie said it would be finished in a day - and it was! By 6pm, they were cleaning up and pulling out, amazing considering it was so hot and the guys had to take a few breaks, understandably! The nice thing was that I have 4 very curious children. The crew allowed my children to watch the process throughout the day as long as I kept them safe. Plus Charlie came by during and after the job to see how things were working out, even though a Project Manager also stopped by a few times. Great customer service and way to keep the client part of the process. I think Paddy's has expanded a bit and we would hire them for other jobs if needed for sure.

I contacted Advance Roofing to inspect my roof after I noticed damage to some of my shingles after the first Nor'easter came through. I requested they come out and inspect the entire roof because I couldn't tell if there was damage any place else on the roof. At first, they were very responsive and advised they would come out the next day to inspect. Unfortunately, another storm came through so they needed to cancel. I get it. I was told they by the inspector he was on his way to the office and would contact me once he got there to reschedule. Never got a call. Three days later I called left a message. Never got a call back. Called again to inquire if I someone was going to look at the roof. Got an apology along with we will go out right now to inspect and will leave a card to let you know I was there. Well it didn't happen and I end up calling again to inquire as to whether anyone had inspected the roof as requested. Was told yes, someone was out they got busy and would contact me later to advise because they could not provide me with any update. Finally, I get a call that it will cost me $299.00 to repair 8 shingles. I inquired about the rest of the roof and was told he hadn't inspected the entire roof and if I wanted that it would cost me an additional $250.00 for a roof inspection. WHAT! This was the first time I was hearing about the $250.00 inspection charge after 3 initial phone conversations. I don't know how you can survey damage of a roof with binoculars but whatever, I do have an issue with making repeated request, I do have an issue with catching an attitude with a potential customer after your company has been unprofessional and non responsive to a request for an inspection. I went with this company because they had good reviews and performed work on a relatives house. But I believe 100 % in customer service and my experience with them has been lacking and frustrating and I will never use or refer anyone to them again. On the hunt for a new contractor.

Windows were installed. They have yet to install my shutters. HSR, sent a representative to my home. I thought the visit was to install my shutters. The visit was for the HSR, to contract me for other projects. My shutters are still in the garage. I'm a Disabled Veteran. This is unexceptable.

I wouldn't have known I could get new siding for hail damage if it wasn't for Joe Paoletti. I replaced aluminum siding with vinyl, and replaced gutters. He dealt with my insurance company and made everything go smoothly. I also replaced windows with Simonton windows. Nice quality work done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend JP Construction! Just had our roof replaced by Homecraft Inc. We had 4 other quotes but we chose them because of the materials they used. Also the price was right where we expected. The crew went above and beyond our expectations. They were very courteous, and had the job done in a day and a half. I am so satisfied that I am now going to get my windows replaced by them.

I can't say because we're still waiting for our new roof. We signed a work order on 6/1/17 and gave a $2k deposit for the job (total quote was $5875). My check was cashed immediately and I've gotten nothing but the run around since then. Initially I was told they were a little behind due to the weather. I then received a call a few weeks later about my request for an estimate on Home Advisor and did I still want an estimate? Obviously they are disorganized and I'm still being given the run around. Right now we are "tentatively scheduled" for the week of July 3 (which is today) but that I would receive a call 2 days before they were ready. We are traveling in July and explained this but they keep telling me they can't give me an exact date, and "weather permitting" we're scheduled for this week. When we were getting quotes, a representative from a different company said to never use a company that required a deposit. I now regret this decision to hire Paddy's. If we don't get a new roof this week, then we'll have to fight with them to try and get a full refund of our deposit, because I'm not waiting any longer. Unfortunately, we need that money if we are going to hire a different company. This has been a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.

Joe Paoletti was great to work with! He walked me through the process and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He also was liaison between myself, adjuster and the insurance company. The final outcome and cleanup of job was wonderful. I would highly recommend JP Construction company based on my experience with them. Very Professional!!!

We had an exceptional experience with JP Construction. Upon their inspection of the homes in our neighborhood they noticed hail damage from a storm in June 2016. As a result our insurance covered the cost. JP not only waived our deductible, they did a great job. They were prompt, efficient & well skilled.
They did what they said they would do &always kept us up to date.
We would strongly recommend them should you need siding or a roof!
