    It's more of the availability of loaner cars. If they have their own loaner cars would, it would really be convenient for me. I  have to go to Enterprise. I have a dealership that actually have loaner cars. They have the service but it costs a little more because you would have to deal with enterprise. They have Enterprise on their location so it's not a convenience thing. They're on time. I haven't had any major engine work done but on scheduled maintenance things, they're very good.

    They gave me a Tundra timing belt for a 4-cylinder Camry. Other than that the service was pretty good. Some people there go further out to help me. Then when I call up some people don't want to go any further than they have to.

    They have been there forever. The service manager was not there so I left a message but he never called me back. That was not a good response. I have had other issues, like they have worked with my parking lights. They fixed it for free. They also put on windshield wiper blades for free.

    They have been there forever. They gave me a quote of over $7,000 to replace my engine. I had auto work done there too. They replaced the current ignition lock, but it took them a week to do it.

    2012 Hyundai Santa Fe - picked up vehicle from my house, diagnosed and replaced starter, changed all brake rotors and pads and a synthetic oil change within 24 hours! All at a fraction of the cost of the dealership. I highly recommend Sean.

    As far as dealerships go, Williams has been the best. Larry Campbell is a great, no pressure salesman, been there forever. Their mechanics seem  to really know what they are doing. However, you are still paying dealership premium on the work. If the premium is worth the peace of mind, than Williams is probably your best bet.

    I received a call about a half hour before the appointment was to begin inform me that the tech was running a little behind. They offered to include headlight restoration, which is not included in the premium package, for the inconvenience. I thought that was quite fair and accepted the offer. Josh arrived about 25 minutes late and got right to work.  but what mattered was the next three hours. By no meas was my vehile in horrible condition. However, after seeing the end result there was obviously considerable room for improvement. Josh's detailing lasted 3 hour during which he meticulously cleaned and waxed my car as he transformed both the interior as well as the exterior of my car to almost new condition far exceeding my expectations. One of most impressive facets of the work performed was the number of scratches he made disappear, some being quite deep. This is particularly helpful as I am planning to sell the car soon. I will be using this company again with my new car.

    It went great...we have a 4 year old and our car was a mess.  We dropped the car off the night before, and picked up after work.  I could not believe how great the car looked...it was like new again.  There were stains in the seat, and they removed them.  There was a red stain on the floor and it is almost non existent anymore..

    Prior to doing the detail Chris looked over the car and told us what he could do, there was some areas that he said could not be fixed.  But after the detail it was all corrected, he pointed out some spots that he said he could not make new again, I can tell you that I don't see what he is talking about....It looks better that the day we bought the car.

    He quoted us a price and when we picked it up that was what we paid...The attention to detail was unbelievable.

    Great Guys, Great Service we will Definitely back...We were so happy that we even bought wash card, 5 washes for the price of 4!

    They have done a couple of things for us. My husband has used them a bunch of different times. They are very honest there. I like taking my car there. The thing that stands out to me about them is just there honesty. My blower motor went out on my car, which is what makes the heating and air conditioning distribute throughout your car and when he was trying to locate a blower motor for me, because of the kind of car I had, if it was a manual blower motor it would have been way cheaper but because it was one of these automatic where it senses to switch it made the cost more. We had a lot of trouble finding one and he ended up buying it from the dealer who I had checked on. I checked on the price from the dealer, when he had trouble finding it and I had a coupon and had it bought through the dealer I would have gotten a discount. When I told him that I could just buy it from the dealer and then he would not have to buy it, he said I will get from the dealer and I will charge you only what you would have paid for it. So, even though it ended up being that it was not a great deal for him because he had to pay the full price but he passed the discount onto me, because he wanted the work. So that is the demonstration as why I would say they are honest and they work with you and that is pretty good for a car company. The owner and everybody I have worked with there has been really nice. Their quality is great, I had no problem.

    The thing that brings me back to them is their service. They are always courteous. They could give me discounts. When they can, they will. They explain things to me. They offer things that they think maybe I should have done but they never give me a hard time about it. They don't try to force me to do it. I just love their service. The salesman was not pushy either. I was having running boards put on and I had to wait for them to come in and they finally came in and they called me and I took it over. They put the running boards on. When I came home, I'm waiting for them to call and there was a little postcard from Nissan giving me 20% off of parts and labor and the number that they had on there was for my previous Pathfinder. I called and asked them if I could use it for my new Pathfinder and they said that I can't use it and I told them that I don't have the car anymore. Someone who handles that kind of thing called me and apologized and told me that that shouldn't have happened specially to a loyal customer like I've been and said that they will correct it. Two days later, I had a check for $117.00. I hope the guy I talked to did what he actually said he was gonna do and checked with a manager and not just say that to get himself in trouble. However, he's really nice to me every time I get in there. I'd most definitely go to them. The service department down there is phenomenal. They've always taken care of me and that's why I go back. They're expensive. They usually have my car ready when I sit in the waiting room to wait for it.
