  • Dr Carregal has been successfully treating my allergies for more than 10 years. Her hours are convenient and I routinely go there for allergy shots. Her waiting area is pleasant and well maintained.

  • I had a very good experience. I had a strange allergic reaction and have always had pet and pollen allergies so I went in for a full allergy testing panel. Dr. Carregal is a bit quirky but very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend visiting her if you need allergy testing or an allergist for another reason.

  • Every time I've seen Dr. Van Lancker she has been thorough and kind -- I am moving to New York and am legitimately sad to lose such a wonderful doctor. The nurses and support staff are also very nice and accommodating, in person and over the phone. Only down-sides are that it can be hard to get an appointment quickly (I've gotten lucky with cancellations, but sometimes there isn't anything for a few weeks). Also, appointments take a little longer, so don't expect to squeeze in an appointment during a quick lunch break. Some of this is actually a good thing -- Dr. Van Lancker takes the time to listen to you and explains things so well that she never seems to rush your appointment. That said, I've also had to wait a bit longer than I'm used to in the room for the doctor. All in all, 100% worth it for such a great doc!

  • Dr. Fishman is a nice guy, but he over-tests, over-prescribes, and has no sense whatsoever of patient costs. I have have moderate environmental allergies and went to him for allergy shots. Despite the fact that my symptoms were pretty minor, every time I met with him (usually annually), he ran unnecessary expensive tests and prescribed numerous new drugs (eye drops, inhalers, nose sprays, pills). For the last couple of years, he'd also been hyping a new "cutting edge" allergy shot system. The old system was working pretty well for me, but he finally convinced me to switch (saying it would cure all of my symptoms). I asked him how much the new tests and serum would cost and he said don't worry about it--its just your $20 copay or whatever. Well, actually it ended up costing me several hundred dollars out of pocket. The new "system" resulted in more shots, but has been no better for me than the old. I really felt fleeced after this experience. I'm not sure if it's him personally or the business management of his office, but he treats and charges to the max.

  • Easy to make an appointment. Convenient drop in hours for shots. He's very knowledgeable and great at providing solutions to relieve allergy symptoms. Really cares about his patients well being.

  • As with every appointment my wife had had at the Roselle Center, it went well. The office staff is always cordial and accommodating. For Wednesday's appointment, my wife saw Dr. Po as her chiropractor and Stephanie for acupuncture.
    Dr. Po and Stephanie are very friendly in a family like manner.

  • Henry Fishman is a no-nonsense kind of doctor, for good and bad. He cuts right to the chase and offers a clear treatment and gives you his cell phone. His treatment worked very well for me. Not a lot of hand holding but a huge amount of experience.

  • I waited an hour just to bee seen by a nurse practitioner who was quite rude. I never saw Dr. Fishman. Also, another patient was in the testing room while I had my tests done, which seems both unsanitary and incompetent. The nurses and assistants were unhelpful and non-punctual in providing tests. When they finally did test me, they did a simple skin test, wheat testing needs a blood test, not a skin test. Then, they made me wait an additional 45 minutes for my billing information- again, never saw a doctor- and they informed me that there was no co-pay because I was in network. Yesterday I received a bill for $10- the co-pay that was required as I suspected. I would recommend this practice to NO ONE. I have excellent insurance through my union- the top flight of Cigna- and can choose from many other providers. I will absolutely avoid this one. Indefinitely.

  • Dr. Schreiber is great. I've never felt so at ease with any doctor -- and I've worked with lots of doctors. I trust her implicitly. I was really struggling with hives when I first saw her. She really made me feel comfortable and asked good questions. She's friendly and genuinely seems to want to help. She's given me good advice and my allergies have generally improved. She's very busy and has limited hours in the summer, but she has always made time for me if I needed to see her. Even though her office is way out in Germantown and I live in DC, I make the trek out to see her. For a while, I didn't have a car and would rent a Zipcar or take the bus because I didn't want to switch doctors. I've recommended her to close friends and family.
    One note about her staff -- the woman at the front desk who takes the calls is sometimes a little brusque. She's pretty nice in person, but on the phone I guess she's just taking her job as gatekeeper very seriously. Once, I hadn't been to the office in a year and she stubbornly claimed that I was a new patient and would have to wait for an appointment. I was able to speak with someone else who easily found me in their system. More than once, she would insist that Dr. Schreiber couldn't fit me in for weeks when I needed to be seen immediately. The first time that happened, I made the weeks-away appointment and then went to an urgent care clinic. That clinic gave me some medicine that only made the situation worse. When I finally saw Dr. Schreiber again, she was clearly upset that despite my need, I wasn't seen right away. She told me to insist on speaking to her directly next time that happened and she would make time to see me. She followed through on that promise -- I had a similar situation come up again and after speaking with her, she saw me the same day.
    Her nurses are friendly. The office is pretty kid-centric (I'm an adult with no kids), but that isn't a big deal for me. Sometimes you have to wait a little while, but it's never been outrageous.

  • It went very, very well. I am very happy with the services and approach of Dr. Nicklas.
    I feel I am on a path where my allergies will not run my life. This freedom will allow me to spend time outdoors without the fearof being miserable.
