    Dr. Randall Murphy
He cares for the animals. He is very kind with the animals and he takes his time. He is a good vet. My dog is old, he's 14, and he makes sure he is well taken care of. He is very understanding with him because he has a lot of issues. He found his arthritis and helped him with that. He is somebody I trust. He does a very good job. He is expensive but I look beyond that because I want the best care for him and he takes good care of him. This is my second dog with him.

    New England Cat Care
It is perhaps odd to describe an experience of loss as positive. But the way in which the staff helped me was very important. I took my cat to them knowing deep down that there was probably nothing that could be done to save him. I didn't know them at all, but my experience with my previous vet was so negative that I sought them out via referrals from friends. When I entered, I began filling out paperwork while the initial examination took place (with my girlfriend). When the Doctor entered, he quickly identified the problem and gently, understandingly, explained the options.
Through my tears, I asked the questions I needed to ask. He didn't rush us. He let us take our time. As much as we needed.
Such a combination of professionalism and humanity is becoming increasingly rare. I would, without any reservation at all, recommend these fine people.

    ANIMAL HAVEN INC
I volunteer there.  It has been a year and one month now.  It is an animal shelter for all types of pets, cats, or dogs.  This is the place if you want to drop off animals that are wandering in the neighborhood or if one wants to get rid of one.  You can also come here if you want to shop or adopt a pet.  It is a non-kill shelter.  That is the main reason I am in there.  I dealt with two situations where the animal was scared and was running around the neighborhood, barking and scaring everyone.  My boss, the doctor here is certified in training such animals and rehabilitating them.  She generally brings them in, takes them to her house, which is right across the street, and rehabilitates them so they calm down and no longer scares anyone.  She definitely does know her animals.  She has asked me a few times while I have been there, to help her with the bigger ones because she physically could not handle them.  So, I was there to do such a thing.  She gives me a very detailed and friendly advises on how to do it without hurting the animal or hurting myself.  They never support putting down an animal to sleep just because it is untrained or strayed for some reason.  They don’t show up at your place, you have to show up at the facility so punctuality doesn’t apply.  If someone were to call them, they would pick up an animal from their home or a location.  I know for the fact that somebody called one time, when I was new in there, and the same day that dog was at the vet’s house being rehabilitated.  They separate the cat area and the dog area to make sure that one does not have to be around the animal one is allergic to.

    ORONOQUE KENNEL
Very pleasant staff. They allowed me to inspect their kennel prior to me placing my dogs there, very clean, plenty of staff, dogs are fit and well cared for while they are there. I pay extra for extra attention and "superior suites" in a separate wing which is a bit more then the $18.00 per day but worth it.

    AUSSIE PET MOBILE
The service comes to you and the animals go into the mobile salon. The person who clipped my dogs claws was professional, at ease with the dogs and we have used him twice now. He also does cats, and clipping of fur. It is a franchise so you call the main number leave a message and the local rep calls you back, on the two occasions I have used this service he has called back by the end of the day.
