Mr Atallah meet all our needs and deadlines, was open to suggestions of a demanding home owner. Took the time to meet with us time and time again prior to signing our contract and then again during the construction and remodeling phases. He went to great lengths to ensure we (the clients) were COMPLETELY satisfied.

They worked quickly and extremely clean through out each phase of the furnace upgrade work. The workmanship on the island upgrade is exemplary. I now love my whole kitchen. Would definitely hire again

Everything was done on time and at the quoted price. Amazing turn around time (Less than 1 week) from call to install. Employees and Associates were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I called after seeing the deal and we set up a time for him to call back. I asked how the deal could be so cheap and he confirmed that the price was only for labor not material.  He said he was a little busy but would call me in two weeks to set up an appointment to see the project.  That was two months ago.  I will never do business with anyone who can't even keep his promise to call.  If they can't do that little task why would I trust them to do a big project in my home.

I have been working with South Paw Builders and they have been wonderful. The other contractor left me with no windows and took my money. This company is one month at a time getting stuff done. I pay them $1000 a month. He got the windows put in first to stop the rain and stuff from coming in. he has done so much for me and has gone way above and beyond what I would expect somebody to do. The other is dead and I cannot get anything back from him or his business. He is fantastic; I have been using him for four years now. He has rebuilt the whole house. He is doing the countertops right now. He is working within my budget right now. He works with me when I want something. If it is outside of my budget, he will find something within my budget that will be similar. He has a whole crew. I do not think that I could find anybody that has been as good on price. He sends out an itemized statement every time he sends out a bill. He is very responsive and he fits me in between jobs. I will continue to use him.

I have used Rosa for a few projects on our home and they only do top-notch quality work.  You could always find someone else to do it cheaper but you get what you pay for.   Walls are perfectly straight and the trim work is great.

I thought it went very well. This was my first large re-construction job and first time I ever used a contractor. So while somethings were unexpected, I realized that it was normal for a job like this.  It took longer than I thought it would, but everything was looking so nice, it was well worth the wait. Darrell took his time to do a good job. Did not cut corners, and used quality building materials, that I believe will give us a long life of use.  I am so happy with the quality of workmanship and with Darrell as a reliable and honest contractor that respects his client and his work, that we are having him back to perform more work. All together, Darrell renovated three rooms for me, I am happy with all of them. We are doing some of the work ourselves, like painting and wallpapering, so save money.

My kitchen ceiling was destroyed because of an ice dam.  The kitchen was 60 years old with built in cabinets.  I ordered everything online and Albert's came to install everything for me.  I was very worried because you always hear horror stories about contractors but Dave and his team made it a pleasure.  They were prompt and professional.  They explained things to me, were very courteous , always cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably priced.  We even noticed a small issue after everything was done and paid for and Dave was right there to make sure we were happy.  I will continue to use the family for all of my home projects.  Definitely a keeper!

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY WORK WITH YOU TO BRING OUT THE VISION YOU NEVER KNEW YOU HAD. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME FINDING A CONTRACTOR THROUGH ANGIES LIST, AND I AM MORE PLEASED EACH TIME. DARRELL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HE REALLY IS HONEST WITH THE PRICING. HE DOESNT CUT CORNERS AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS FANTASTIC. HE REMODELLED MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM REPLACING EVERYTHING INCLUDING TILES AND IT TOOK THEM ONLY ONE WEEK. I AM USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN THIS WEEK TO CREATE A PASS THROUGH IN THE KITCHEN, AND NEXT WEEK TO REPLACE THE BEDROOM DOORS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICES. AS SOON AS I LEARN HOW TO PUT UP PICTURES FOR THIS REVIEW I WILL DO SO. OH YEAH DID I MENTION-----VERY AFFORDABLE!!!!

We selected Scott from reports here on Angies List and visited Scott's showroom. We were concerned about the distance our home was from his shop but each time he reassured us that it was not a problem at all. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different surface choices and we picked a material called Livingstone. We also picked out faucets and sinks that are included in Scott's pricing. One reason we hired Scott is that everything was included, sinks, faucets and all plumbing done by his plumber. This way we did not have to hire a plumber to do any work for us. Scott came to our home and measured the countertops and we set a date that we needed to have this done. Four days prior to the installation Scott emailed me and said the balance of our payment would be charged to our credit card. I emailed him back asking why because I thought and according to his contract that the balance was due on completion. He told us that was his policy. I was not happy about that. Installation was on February 28th and everything went smoothly except that Scott's plumber was on vacation so Scott said he'd do the plumbing which before hand he told us he hated to do. The install went smoothly. Well, two days later, we had a leak under our sink and I called Scott. He assured us that this would be taken care of. I then received an email asking me to hire a local plumber and that he would reimburse us for the charge. He said that I was out of his geographical area and it would be hard for him to get back here and he proposed that if I hired a local plumber he would credit us. I was not in agreement with this and thought he should complete the job. In his email he stated he would not come back and would credit the cost of the plumbing leaving us no choice. This went from a great experience to one that we would never have expected, after all, in this economy customer service is of the utmost importance. We are now not happy and will not recommend his company. This is a response to Scott Cassin?s Custom Countertops: March 17, 2011 Scott asks ?What actually is the problem?? In his response he admits he wanted me to simply take the chance to hire another plumber. Why should I be responsible for taking a chance and Scott not finish his job to the customers satisfaction? When deciding to hire someone to do home improvements it is about having expectations of having it done right, and if something goes wrong that they would correct it without a hassle. Would you every hire a contractor to build a house for you and have him tell you ?if something goes wrong I?ll have you hire someone to fix it and then I?ll reimburse you?, I don?t think so. I believe you hire someone who stands behind their product and corrects mistakes if they are made. We did not expect or ask Scott to come here on the weekend as in our phone conversation he told me his plumber was getting back and wouldn?t be available till early in the next week. He told me it might be Monday or Tuesday. That was fine with us but after I responded to Scott?s email asking if it was agreeable that I hire a local plumber, which I didn?t agree to, did Scott email me and told me he would not return to fix the problem and he wanted to be rid of the situation. He then charged back to my credit card the cost of the plumbing labor before I agreed with that solution. As far as agreeing to the final payment before the job was done, what could I have expected if I said no? I had no choice as Scott had more than 50% payment, I was already invested without anything tangible from Scott. What if I told Scott that I would not pay until the job was completed? I don?t think it is to much to expect a company to deliver on their promises.
