ATotal Exteriors LLCDana, along with his workers, were absolutely terrific. We had an extensive addition to our deck, along with a trellis which Dana built with his crew. Everything was done to perfection and Dana always answered our questions and concerns and addressed them accordingly. His works were neat and courteous and cleaned up daily after themselves. AMPR Flooring, LLCVery professional and responsive. The guys sent were so kind and showed my dog so much love she missed them when they left. They respected that I was working from home upstairs. If there was a question they asked me before proceeding. The job looks so professional and it was done in a day and a half. They picked up my supplies I ordered and transported it from Lowes as well! There was a small imperfection with one of the cuts of flooring and they returned the very next day to finish it to perfection without ANY issue. AGove Restoration LLCThere isn’t a high enough letter grade to give Matt Gove and his crew. We have used them for two major home improvement projects and are completely satisfied with both. They are meticulous craftsmen. They show up when they say they are going to show up, clean up at the end of each day, offer suggestions without trying to up sell, and do excellent work all at a reasonable and informed price. Since they finished their last project - a complete redo of our front porch- passers by have repeatedly stopped and commented that our house looks like something out of a magazine. ASturdy Home ImprovementThere were some initial scheduling issues that had a ripple affect with vacation planning. However, once the work started the crews were punctual and worked at a steady pace. Again, "once the work started" they were good about keeping us informed about what was next. Also, they had some very talented workers and subs. AUnique Building and RemodelingFrom my first contact they where very professional timely and helpful. They came out talked to me about my concerns about the job (not letting my dog out keeping the yard clean even while working so my dog wouldn’t eat anything) they had great ideas about how to do the job. They gave me a reasonable estimate for a price and time till start and completion. I could not be happier with how my house came out. A5 stars across the board! We had heard wonderful things about the fabulous Jessica Starr, and Starr reality group, so we got in touch with them when we were getting ready to list our home. Jess personally came out to our home the very next day, did a walk through, and was completely open and honest with us on what we needed to do to stage the home properly. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about, so we followed her instructions to a tee. One week prior to listing the home she came out again to take a sneak peak video, grab a few pictures prior to her professional photography crew coming, and got the word out that our home was coming to the market soon. The day we went live, our inbox was flooded with appointments, and within 2 days we were in a multiple bid situation and went under contract. From the time we were getting ready to go to market, to the time we closed, Starr reality group was there for us every step of the way. AThis is my second time hiring BBB. Previously, they did over my bathroom & buoy a new one in the basement. This time I had a leaky skylight in the closed in breezeway that has been leaking for quite some time & causing a fair amount of damage. I contacted BBB & got an estimate with work started & completed within two weeks. They gave me a very detailed estimate with a time table on what was going to happen & when. When the job before mind ran late, I got two notices that work would begin a day late. They crew did a fabulous job with new skylights & ceiling that look great. The roof looks like the windows were magically put in with no change to the roof. The crew was courteous, timely & very professional. BBB is my go to for any repair/construction work I need.
